hoarders should never be abandoned just because but should be considered a person needing help and can be cured buy love and compassion or elses we be left more broken 😢 grateful for this i never knew i had in my family i could never understand my father and myself till i was able to educate myself thru media people coming out cause its really the shame that bothers me
This Morning this therapist would be a great part of the team! I’d watch! I am emotional 😭 about the bit when the daughter started crying! Blessings of all their/your hearts desires manifest in perfect divine timing! Thank you 🙏 🕊🤍🕊
I am a hoarder myself. I honestly don’t know what triggered mine but I suffer from Autism as well which has traits which that cause Hoarding such as intense interests. It is a constant uphill battle.
I have a sister who is a hoarder whose hoardings started with a death of our mother.I can't tell you the sadness I feel, I for my wonderful sister. It really breaks my heart. She refuses any help or to get help. So there is nothing we can do.
I’m 30 and living with my hoarding abusive mother. Who’s only made my life worse and I feel like I’ve lost allot of my years go because I’m trying to help her
I’d be interested to know if grown up children of such hoarders grow up with their own issues because of how they have grown up. I still have a reaction 😅 if the doorbell goes unexpectedly and I’m very tidy and minimalist.

Many hoarders are actually perfectionists, and find the task of cleaning their home overwhelming because it will never be perfect due to the hoard. So actually getting started on the task can be really really difficult. I’m sure you must have had days when you have so many things to do, that you decide to get under a blanket and fall asleep on the sofa instead…… Well, for many people with hoarding disorder, they feel this way all of the time because it is literally such an overwhelming amount to do.
Always thought Jasmine was a fantastic presenter and now I think she is a fantastic person and also her lovely Mum, Dermot and Alison are the best 😊
Jasmine is such a kind caring daughter
What a nonsense comment
Love this therapist! She has GENUINE compassion! ❤Thank you for the upload ☮️💜☯️
This was a great topic, and , it's great Jasmine has compassion and understanding of her Mum. This will hopefully help alot of people.

Jasmine is simply wonderful.

Jasmine is spot on by stating that hoarding is a “coping mechanism” for something much deeper
Life is not easy ❤
Objects around you create a safe feeling and that you are in control x
it makes a lot of sense
Beautiful ❤
Brilliant 👏

My husb & SIL are kids of a hoarder and do not hoard 😊
No mention of the father of her kids. It's always just about her and her 5 children!
A Place in the Sun!
She gets her beauty from her mother.

May God help you find the help you need. It's there for you ❣️🙏

Shaming her own mother in public. Classy.
I understand and empathise with hoarders, I don't understand the filth.
the illness is that strong it overrides any care for filth I guess

So you don't really empathise then if you can't understand
