@@obiwankenobi687 Close it off? No. I mean, since Torchwood got taken off air, it's had, like, nineteen novels and nearly sixty audio plays. Similarly, the dire Class has had three novels and a dozen audio plays since it went off air. And there's way too much stuff on Who itself, and characters with no TV versions. But for SJA, they've had nothing, save THAT so-called finale, which sees them separating forever. I've got two possible routes for this being achieved. 1) The three mains (Luke, Clyde and Rani) are not in good places (Luke has been laid off from the uncaring UNIT (Sarah didn't like them, and I don't like how they went under Moffat and Chumpnall) and his abusive civil partner has annulled their relationship (which was never consummated) and dumped him; Clyde's movie project has gone into suspension (my bewilderment at Marvel releasing films like there's no tomorrow) and eventually gets cancelled altogether, Rani's still living with her parents). Luke returns to 13 Bannerman Road, with all his possessions, and has Mr Smith the supercomputer take the house off the market, and moves back in. Clyde and Rani reunite, investigate the house and find Luke living there. After some hostility, they investigate a mysterious sinkhole, thwart a threat, Luke admits to having a crush on them both and asks them to move in with him, as a ménage a trois, picking up where Sarah left off. They do so, getting everything put back in the house, stopping aliens and carrying on Sarah's work. Then Maria and her father move back, he gets his own place whilst Maria makes it a quad relationship with Luke, Clyde and Rani. 2) Luke is in the bad place from above, but instead of Clyde, Rani and eventually Maria helping him, Sky (now played by Tilly Keeper) comes back to Earth (the powers that be giving her permanent compassionate leave), and helps Luke get the house back to how it was, along with everything else. The two of them carry on their late mother's legacy. back then people only tended to see an episode of a tv show only once--the day that it aired. so the fogginess of memory probably helped covered up the fact that they look so different.
The reason for that is because of the actor’s health. He found the original Lynx costume did his heart condition no help so they redid the mask for this story but between the costume fitting and the actual location filming date he thinned out further. Not long after he’d sadly pass away.
