    Somewhere in your matches you said you were trying to learn "ming" (sp) where you're calm and undeterred through punches etc and now watching this, it's exactly what Yodkunpon embodies!

      It's like bodybuilding/gaining muscle. If, for example, you could bench 25kg and did sets/reps for a week or two, the next time you'd be able to bench 30kg's. Same with this. In practice, sparring or proper fights, you'll take as many knees as you can handle. And again overtime that number will build up. You'll become tougher, more resilient/used to them. It goes the same for strenghtening your shin. The repetition of blows, blocks, checks to your shins will hurt greatly when starting, but as time passes your nerves will begin to deaden, lessening the pain, and the microfractures you recieve will repair with stronger, fresher, thicker bone. Like most things, it just comes down to practice and repetition; painful practice and repetition!! >XD
      But as Baileigh said, That's Muay Thai for you!! :D

    Namtaothong knees are dangerous and sharf but Yodkhinpol can stand those and in 2 final rounds Namtaothong is exhausted so it is the chance of Yodkhinpol to go on grinding him on the long run..! Strength in Muaythai is very important too..but you have to strong weapons too to win..if we know that we win..we will soften fighting..not hurt opponents anymore in general...it depends on opponents also! This is a true gentleman professional Thai boxer. We are not that cruel or ruthless.

    I'm not too familiar with muay thai rules, so can someone explain why, after losing round 4, blue has to "stay in for a while before he can pull away"? Does backing up get you penalized to the degree that even if you're the one connecting with more strikes, it won't score you enough points?

    Hmmmmm I thought Namtaotong had the win by split..but that some of the differences in Thai scoring especially how the Thais look at a fight in its entirety kind of like an epic story. Hey Sylvie have ypu thought of doing a watch with me on Sakmongkol vs Jongsanan Fairtex?Maybe the third fight (I believe it's known as the elbow fight.) I could be wrong after all I believe they fought like 5 times.lol Maybe some Coban Lookchaomaisetong. Champuekpet Hopalang would be interesting as he is one of the most decorates Thai fighter of all time and I think either teacher or camp senior to Dieselnoi.

Great fights, the first one i saw was a shorter one with some impressive moments by Chatchai then I found a second fight which actually happened two years prior between them and is way more competitive,so I think it would make better viewing.

    • @auushowkaze
      @auushowkaze 4 года назад

      Nope.. He loss. The first and second round is for warm up so it doesn't count. Blue face expression in the last round say it's all, he receive more then causing damage

    • @dorjedriftwood2731
      @dorjedriftwood2731 2 года назад

      @@auushowkaze disagree even in the last round he was kneeing and teeping effectively. This was favoritism if it wasn’t for reputation you wouldn’t win off a single elbow and that was the entire basis. However the fact that blue let him sit and smile about it did look bad. But I didn’t score a single round for red, red struggled to get damage was stunned stiffLed and throw Only to score one volley of knees and an elbow. Eating every still made him look helpless even walking forward and then when he stopped walking forward it really made the mask slip. This was favoritism blue won, he out struck him and out strategized him, he failed to really heart red but that was the one saving grace of keeping such a relentless pace is that he couldn’t load up but if you just total up the significant moments in the fight even round per round blue wins. And that elbow at the end didn’t even phase blue. Blue won hands down, I think Sylvia is too much of a fan and a student to rule against him.
