- In this mod for Deltarune, everything is 2x HARDER. Enemies attack twice as fast and I take double damage, making battles pretty brutal. Deltarune may not have an official "Hard Mode", but this comes pretty close!

unfair mode is what i call it why cant there be a actual proper hard mode mod that is well made instead of just random debuff on your character and bullet dealing million damage.

It’s helpful to know that if you spam the confirm button when your heart starts to break up, you instantly respawn without the game over animation, which helps make it less frustrating to die.
Imagine the game removes your ability to save and load then says: you thought saving and loading would be your option of making the game easy well to bad! No saving and loading for you!
The first enemy that noelle freezes getting one shot is a reference that the first froggit that you encounter gets one shot to start a geno run

Regarding genocide route, perhaps they confused it with the Weird / Snowgrave Route in Deltarune?
The first Froggit you encounter gives you 10 EXP, the rest of the Froggits you encounter only give 4-6 EXP when killed.
The next most valuable target would be Loox (Family name: Eyewalker.), at 9 EXP.
12:35, and this is where Spamton makes a complete mockery about their Snowgrave Run.
There should definitely be a hard mode when the next chapter is released
but it deletes your save once you reach the credits of chapter 1, as is tradition

This is actually 4x harder if you take double damage and your on double the fps, very balanced
7:34 the reason that got one shot was because that specific Virovirokun has less HP than a normal one, so that it takes one IceShock to kill rather than two
I think it would have been cool if you changed some of the properties of some attacks like making the Purple Arrow's explosion larger or making some attacks like the Werewire's basic attack shoot more lasers and Electric balls at a time so instead of three lasers at once it would be 5 at once to make dodging more difficult and making some enemies feel a bit like a new experience.

a challenge i tried recently is finishing the game while permanantly pressing X (for those who dont know it slows you down like, a TON when you do it in fight) it wasn't too hard, but jevil and some chapter 2 bosses were a pain, and i'm pretty sure spamton neo is impossible

I'm pretty sure you could spare during the beginning and end parts of Snowgrave. As long as you freeze once Noelle joins your party, I don't think it matters if you were nice or violent beforehand.

There is no queen fight on the snowgrave route
calling this "good" isnt exactly right as it literally just copy other game hard mode just debuff your character and make you take billion more damage.
The double speed is really fucking unfair as unless you have the reflex of a super human you literally dont have enough time to avoid the attack and as we saw in Spamton you REALLY dont want to get hit.
My ideal of a hard mode is easy just make enemy bullet pattern slightly more complicated, some even force you to think of new strat and gimmick are used more like soul changing is more common there no need for double damage as once you learned how to avoid the attack you already win by default so keep some safety net for inexperience player.
Good? It just buffs enemies attack speed and damage to try to make the game impossible for most people, that's not a good hard mode

Technically, the challenge would be x^2 harder since the damage is doubled, and the speed is doubled.
I think that spamton neo Is beatable with both 2x Speed and damage by activating the hard mode of the fight

Can anyone tell me why in Spamton Neo's attack where big walls come at you, people do charge shots?
Brcuase it takes down multiple Spamton heads at once.

I think it was designed that way too to show the player that there's times where the big shot is advantageous and times where you might prefer a skinnier shot.
this is actually 4 tmies hard:
if Difficulty (D) is Health Damage (H) and Frame Rate (F) we can see it as
D = H × F
So if H is 1 and F is 1
1 × 1 = 1 so difficulty is 1
but if you double BOTH damage AND framerate
2 × 2 = 4

Hey, can I recommend Deltaruined chapter 22222222222222222222222222222? It’s still just a demo, (it ends shortly into the city), but it’s quite fun. It adds multiple soul types (green, blue, and yellow, as well a couple custom ones), save points no longer heal you, (although you do keep TP after battles for heal prayer), and there’s a couple of difficulty modifiers you can add in case you somehow found the mod too easy.
The base mod changes a lot of dialogue, as well as changes the story slightly, and definitely increases the difficulty a decent bit. I highly recommend it.
