Guy!the hurrycane was the first kit I have ever build.it was manufactured from Matchbox and came with 2email colors and tube of glue and a crappy brush.that was in 1993-94.i did a mess with that tube of glue because i had not the gluecontrol i later gained with contacta wich i was not aware of while starting modelling.also i left fingerprints everywhere all over the modell.i had no spruecutter or skalpelblade.but mamas Kitchenknive and papas toecutter.ohh those happy childhood days.with best regards and sticky greetings from Brandenburg germany.faithfully yours.your modellmate.christian
You comment on closing the handhold if you wish to do so, then display the retractable step extended. The two are coupled. Pulling out the step opens the handhold.

Mind you, until I invest in the kit, it won’t be a happening thing (it’ll be down to a pair of compasses and a sharp pair of scissors, etc) 🤪 I’ll enjoy watching the other vids, so keep fit n well and I’ll look forward to your next listings! 👍🏻👍🏻
Lovely build. The Hurricane IIC is a great subject and the model looks beautiful. If I can find the kit, I think I'll do it in night intruder black with highlights in grays. Thanks for a super video!

I have the Hawker Hurricane MK 2C. Fought the Luftwaffe of Adolf Hitler & Goring the luftwaffe deserved to be punished brought down to suffer. When Hitler & Goring started the war against the RAF Britain. Nice work on fighter plane.

A lovely build and finish. I'm wondering if that exhaust reference picture you have is of a remanufactured replacement - the exhausts of Hurricanes and Spitfires were made from Inconel which is corrosion and oxidation resistant. Or, if original, perhaps after 70+ years it does actually deteriorate a bit!
As a kid I used to make Airfix models in about 5 mins, slap some paint on with a congealed brush, set fire to them and shoot them up with an air gun. Just saying.

Exactly. That tells me nothing. HKM’s B-17 looks beautiful on the sprues but is an absolute mess going together

Fabric wings would be cool. The wings are an entire sprue of their own so anything is possible

That’s one way to view the worth of a kit. But having seeing the revell big Hurri I think the Arma one is much better.

The reference photo doesn’t show it on this aircraft. Not do the instructions, they specifically tell you to remove parts for this livery
