I don't think this place is worth 18 million because of how small it is. You can buy a mansion in the same city for the same price
I think he's thinking of so-called "real" startups, you know, the ones you read have raised millions. Unfortunately, these startups sometimes waste money on extravagances while underfunded, common (and sometimes more deserving) startups struggle to survive. I think a startup that could afford such a place would lease, not own. It would still be very expensive.

That is… not how things function. The startup doesn’t have to have $18 mil at hand. Even if they have a turnover of 5 mil and a substantial 5 year projection estimating 5-10% annual growth in revenue, they can get it financed. This approach is suggested even if they have the entire cash at hand as it will facilitate tax write offs.
Never thought you could buy a office for 18,000,000 dollars. Looks really good, but a bit overpriced, good video!

I've always admired how Enes is such a relatable host who doesn't flaunt himself or make himself appear cocky or arrogant, as if he's better than his viewers. I love how he's always humble and recognizes that most of his audience isn't in the market he's showcasing. That hidden hills home is absolutely gorgeous and kinda feels like a steal considering it’s a super gated community

Price isn't always determined by the look, feel or finish of a space, a lot of external factors determine price, LOCATION, being one of the biggest determinant, that's why property 4000sq ft property in New York is way expensive than the same 4000sq ft property in Denver, the property might or might not be over priced, to know better an evaluation needs to be done by a professional

The kevlar in the walls is for bullet proofing also. I've built a handful of bulletproof server rooms and offices and kevlar sheeting was always used.

This is a really cool property for the right person. The automated features are really slick, and I especially like the skylight that opens! All the marble is gorgeous. What it is lacking is a view. For 18 million in Venice, I'd need a view of the ocean
