    Irresponsible people. The kids didn't ask to be born and deserve much better.

    I remember a few years ago when I was in foster care before I had to age out I had to be in multiple hospitals because they could not find me a placements and one time I had to be placed in a residential for almost 10 months because they could not find me a foster placement
