This is a sharpening system that I came across while browsing the Internet one night. It takes the complication and intimidation out of tune up and traditional sharpening of chisel and plane blades. Please check out the manufacturer M. Power and their website.

I have been looking for months and months for the right sharpening system. Thank you for doing a review on this. I am headed to give it a look. I just got a Marples set for Christmas and don't want to screw them up.

This system is great for the tune-up sharpening. I use the Veritas Honing Jig for when I get a new set of chisels to put my preferred edge on. However when I am in the middle of a project and need to sharpen my chisel the FastTrack system is extremely quick.

ShorePoint Creations yeah, I am looking. I may try and save up for a better system than just going with the glass and sandpaper system.

Thank you for the video. Is it suitable for sharpening flat head screwdrivers? Min/Max sizes?

Have you found it difficult to get the cross scratches out even if you use the 1000 grit stone?

Not really. They are barely noticeable if you take your time and do it lightly. Thanks for the comment Josh.

Spent 1/3 of the video just talking without even seeing the sharpening tool. No thanks
