Automated Up the throat length of the autotune and pulled it back for the drop.
2. Sing an octave up and pitch it an octave down interesting warbled husky
Tool: Soundshifter by waves
3. Adding non chord tones
Normally we use chord tones for harmony
4. Automate an 1/8 Delay to a swell
So cool to see the effects and nuance that went into the song!! I learned a lot 👏👏

If you are interested it is a CMaj7/9. An add 9 would be typically without the 7th as usually any extension above the 7th i.e 9th, 11th, 13th, the 7th is implied because you are building upon it.
A chord is typically is four notes root 3rd 5th 7th and a triad root, 3rd and 5th. The chord, a seventh chord is your foundation which you add the spice on top but just because you add a 13th doesn't mean the 9th or 11th is implied they are just extensions.
