Good afternoon from the beautiful SF Bay Area. After going through a particularly challenging experience many years ago I found myself questioning many things, one being the "meaning of life" on this planet and is there really anything more. I was listening to an interview on NPR one day with a scientist who was well into his 80's. He made the observation that at this late time in his life he was just starting to figure things out. In that moment my mind clarified. Indeed, of course! All the work and understanding accumulated in life can't just go up in smoke to be scattered by the winds. I am totally convinced of the continuation of life in God's universe, I may describe it a bit differently than you, but in the long run I believe we are on the same path. Blessings.
My goodness sense of self comes from WHERE then if NOT WITHIN YOURSELF... WHERE oh WHERE great sage does it come from... Lemme guess...GOD! It's amazing the situationally convenient things people conclude from a fictional black book that's conveniently taken LITERALLY in terms of the, " good, " parts but FIGURATIVELY concerning the, " INSANELY BARBARIC, OPPRESSIVE and UNCHRISTIAN, " parts.

Russel Moore is a Shepherd for Sale.
Not a good book to read.
@@HearGodsWord denouncing a book you haven't read is silly. Grow up.
@TheChris403 you mention growing up but post a childish reply. How ironic!
