Captain Cook Trail 4 mile hike

Today we conquer the Captain Cook Trail in Kona. Katia was brave enough to join me today. Massa and Tiger chickened out and will be joining us at the bottm via kayak. We started our down hike at around 7am, got to the bottom at 8:20. We swam and snorkel with Massa and Tiger til 9:30 and started back up. We made it back to the trailhead at 11:30. I would definitely do this again!
