Man he deserves the mvp no matter if he missed a couple games. He is a difference maker and a stout leader and I wrote this comment before he said that himself, it is what it is. That’s it. He makes the eagles a dominant team when he’s implemented in the offense and Mahomes obviously is a legendary player but jalen was that guy this year and that’s not biased.

I have to admit I was doubtful of him when he was drafted but he’s shown he’s a hard worker and has made that 2nd year starter leap that all great QB’s make. One thing I did see from his first NFL game and ever since is that he’s just a gamer who plays hard and makes plays when it counts
I love hurts from the moment we drafted him. I always knew Carson Wentz career ended when he tore his ACL. Which is sad because he was a franchise type caliber player. I still root for him honestly and wish him the best. But Jalen is just like the city of Philadelphia. I actually wasn't surprised with how hurts handled him self. Ppl really don't watch college football like that. Because if you did you would have known this man is a warrior.
First they took out his legs (Acl 2017) , then they took out his body (stress fracture in back 2018) and finally they went off with his head (Concussion to end the 2019 season in his first and only playoff start) That's how Carson Wentz was destroyed.

Why do black quarterbacks have to work so hard to get such little respect in the draft and in the pros. This man and Lamar Jackson missed out on millions in the draft. Heisman trophy winner and Heisman runner up have dominated the League. The NFL is way better with these guys and they are the most feared by defenses because they can run
For years, Black Men were not respected as thinkers or leaders...so the QB position was unattainable. They were disrespected simply because they were Black. Racism kept them out of the position and that is the reason that both QB's in the SB at the same time is a Big Deal! The fact is that his team has an excellent run game, and an excellent defense. They wind up playing with a lead very often, and their coach is smart enough to know how to properly manage a game. Consequently, he's handing the ball off a lot and doesn't have the opportunity to get a million yards in a season.
