Rodney Mullen is one of the legends I've always loved to watch and follow, he's done so much for skateboarding and what it's become today! This is an amazing video, thank you so much for this! This is an amazing perspective on the world of skateboarding that directly relates to things in life!

Wow thank you so much for your words Rafael. I‘m happy if I can use my passion for skating and expertise in psychology and combine them
And yes 🙌🏼 Rodney Mullen is THE OG of modern street skating without him, it would look a lot different today

Thank you so much. Haven't made a video in a while, as I was unsure how well these would be received. So thank you very much for your words of encouragement.

I heard several times that skateboarding takes a bit of physical skill and a whole lot of mental power. I always assumed it referred to "commiting to dangerous tricks", but do you think it may also apply to the progression mindset that one requires? Thanks for bringing concepts of psychology to skateboarding tutorials, I will try the visualization technique some more to see if it helps me finally nail a proper ollie

Yes, I 100% believe that. I think it might even be more important. With Progression comes skill, and skill makes scary things less scary because one learns to trust in their own ability :)
