I went to PP many times when P was alive but only went once in 2016 since his passing. I think anyone who loves his music would appreciate the tour. I'm glad his living quarters isn't on the tour because he was extremely private and would not have wanted that. Happy that his relatives are honoring that aspect. Seems you missed a lot of rooms to see on your tour but glad you enjoyed it non the less. Thanks for helping to keep his legacy alive by reacting to his music!!
When P first built PP, Chan was full of cornfields and just had a Wendy’s down the street. The architecture looks a lot like the General Mills warehouses down the same street, which probably made it blend in a little more. Lol Also, I’m not sure why they call it his home. He had various different houses around Chanhassen throughout the years. When I was living out there in 2005ish, he was still in the house on Galpin Blvd. He had a living quarters there because he worked so much, but it definitely wasn’t his main residence. 🤷🏻♀️
My daughter and I did the big 3 hr tour and it was amazing and had even more respect for the man after hearing more details during the tour...I was a little upset at the beginning with our tour guide though I started to cry and she was kind of nasty asking so why you tearing up...well I'm sorry you see this place every day and it was just overwhelming I was in the place that Prince once was in...we did not get to sit in the Cafe area or able to get drinks we were rushed into the gift shop area and out the door...But do not let any of these negatives stop you from an excellent time...I LOVED IT❤❤❤❤
My Paisley Park X-Perience last year was 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I did the high-level tour, and it was worth every cent. Walking through the hall of this Creative Force,
made me Appreciate his Genius even more. The only low point for me, was the gift shop. There was no Vintage Merch, Controversy/DirtyMind/ForYou.
Nothing to purchase from the Past, from the days, when Prince made me love his Music
Thanks for sharing! We plan to do a higher-level tour next time we're in the area. :)
YO WILL NOT REGRET IT
I literally would have done anything in this world to have been able to see Prince in concert!! I love him a huge fan my room shows it lol anything i can buy with anything to do with him its mine Ive never got to see PP but O absolutely want to go!!
Thanks for the details…was looking for exactly this time of specifics for a potential future visit.
I'm glad it was helpful for you!
I've been to Graceland so many times since I was a little kid. Paisley Park is next up on my list of places I really want to visit.
No cell phone cuts down on the temptation to do something that can be live streamed or go viral.
If I remember correctly, Studio A was the only studio you would be able to look at from the outside, sort of a house rule.
I’m surprised his main home was still in Minnesota. Usually stars on his level move out. Especially if they’re originally from cold places
My cousin Chuck Berry continued living in his hometown of St.Louis after he became rich and famous though he did own a home in Hollywood too.
Maybe you already know but Prince said on Oprah that he stays in cold Minnesota because it keeps the bad people out.
@@yansatoussaint2266woww cousin that’s so cool
👏🏾 PRINCE HAS SAID MANY TIMES THAT MN. IS HIS HOME 👏🏾💜🕊️🕊️
😢 I would love to see his living room where he studied and read books his recreational areas that would be good for me❤👏🏾💜🕊️🕊️
I've recently visited PP, VIP tour and Ultimate tour,
Thought they have done it well, we recorded in the studio 🎙
We are die hard fans , obviously didn't learn anything, it's not about that it was being there, we travelled from UK
It was snowing hard it made it magical 77

Appreciate the review. You just saved us $$$ as there’s no reason for the VIP if you can’t take pictures.
The Ultimate Experience is WELL worth the $. If you are a true fan especially. You get twice the amount of areas and content etc
Thats so awesome!! I really need to go visit! I wonder if Andre, sussana melvoin or Jill jones wanted to go visit,if they would be allowed to visit his private bedroom area? Since they probably spend a few nights when prince was around🤔. It’s crazy how many shoes he had and how did he know which ones to wear. Are you allowed to take pictures in the atrium area?
You have to give up your phones once inside. They give them back at the very end where the concert stage is.
Regarding the living area: I don't know how familiar you are with PP back in the day, but, from the investigation photos, it looked like Prince got rid of most of the furniture, sculptures, and paintings seen at Paisley in the 1990s. Wonder where it all went. Prince was living an almost monastic life toward the end.
Went a few weeks ago it was awesome little disappointed they didn't have a lot of his iconic outfits from certain shows at one time they were all on display this time just a few ., I did the ultimate experience got to spend time in studio a really impressive my only big turn off was all the rules at the beginning of the tour it sort of ruined the vibe when you walked in also they should have made a bigger deal with that Horner telecaster it was like just in a display case and the first thing you see
