Just writing a comment to make the algorithm increase the spread of this post. I have only been a tourist in LA but that experience really made me wish for better infrastructure for all other transportation than cars, walking was tricky, I can only imagine what biking is like.

I don't have a Measure HLA on my ballot, just Measure 1. I live in Redondo Beach (LA County). I guess you have to live in Los Angeles city to be able to vote on HLA.
