i grew up with kiss.....when i read the crictics.....what the hell are you thinking? 50 years...thats amazing...a little bit of respect...they did great songs...dont forget they are about 70 years old....well..paul and gene...my honour.....and its sad that itvis the last tour.....something good ends what acompanyed me from 78 till now...thank you paul..gene.tommy ...eric...👍
Absolutely. They were brilliant. I saw them in Birmingham first and last time. They are bloody good for 50 years on stage and in their 70's.
Gene Simmons will be 74 in August, Paul Stanley turned 71 in January, Tommy Thayer will be 63 in Nov. and Eric Singer turned 65 in May. I've been a KISS fan since 1974, however back in 1972, my uncle owned a nightclub in NY where Peter Criss just happened to be playing drums. I just happened to be there because my mom said there was a drummer who I probably would like.. I was 15 yrs. old. I collect Drumsticks from various artists. Anyway, in walked Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley who had been in a previous band called Wicked Lester. They heard Criss singing and asked him to audition for them and was asked to join them. They still didn't have a band name. Criss was in a previous band called Lips. In 1973 they Met Ace Frehley, heard him play and asked for him to audition then asked for a second. He was now the 4th member of still no name for the band. Since Criss was in a band called Lips, Gene Simmons came up with the name KISS and Frehley is the one who came up with the Iconic KISS logo where the S's were to look like Lightning Bolts. It just so happened that Ace Frehley was writing the name KISS on a poster where Wicked Lester's name was on and the S in Lester was a lightning bolt. When Frehley Wrote over Lester the S was a lightning bolt, and the rest is history on how they got their name and how it looks. Oh and P.S. to all you KISS haters who think they are too old, when you are in your 60's and 70's, I hope you can still do the things that these guys can do. Especially walk with those boots on.

And The Rolling Stones age is above almost every bands age. Sorry my friend that you had to grow up with this clown bands music. My life looks like was brighter than yours considering that I was growing up in a country which was under Soviet rules. Even in the fifties, instrumental bands like the Shadows, and later the Kinks the Beatles the Hollies “ the British Invasion “ even in their starting time they produced masterpieces you can hear all over the world today. And if you ask a ten yrs old Afghan or any African kid of the age of ten, “ do you know about kiss? “ the answer would surprise you. “ yes I kissed a girl once “ but if you ask, “ do you know about The Rolling Stones?” The answer would be “ I can’t get no satisfaction “ which is absurd from a young kid but you have to deal with the fact, that Kiss was blown out of proportion.

Fantastic show, fantastic music. Kiss at their's best. Amazing! I was happy that they played "I was made for lovin you".
Not all Kiss-Concerts, especially in the USA, include this song. But in Europe it is probably a must.
They played I was made the whole tour since 2019.
If this is Kiss at their best, then God they must have been awful in the 70’s and 80’s. It can’t get much worse than this

I seen KISS back in 1980. The crowd went wild when they come out on stage. Get a load of today's crowd...Zombied out and all holding their phones. Thank Christ I grew up when I did.
I think everyone is recording with their phones.. that is one good thing about going to a show today, you can at least have a record of it :)

@@weirdshibainu I'll bet that was a fantastic show! My elder sister saw them in '79. Peter Criss was on his way out then but of course none of the fans knew it. At that time he was sabotaging the shows; playing too fast or too slow, throwing drum sticks at the other guys and getting up and walking away. I asked my sister if PC did any of those things in Evansville and she said no.
@@ladyrachel13 In 1975, Kiss was known, but hadn't made their breakthrough. It was a great show, as they were still hungry for success and they still had a lot of mystery about them and worked really hard. You have to appreciate how different they were from all the other bands of the era, who at best only had decent light shows. No joke, Rush opened for them. My ticket for the concert was $ 3.50...yep, three dollars and fifty cents. Kiss Alive came out few months after I saw them and that was their breakthrough. Say what you want about Kiss, but they're survivors.

Wow, they sound absolutely amazing. I haven’t seen them in many many many many many many years. It was the first concert I ever went to as a kiss concert.
I figure it’s a great way to show off my concert knowledge I’ve been do probably three or 400 concerts in my life and maybe maybe not that much I don’t know but these guys sound amazing. I was reading one of the comments and they talk about Mötley Crüe and Guns N’ Roses , these guys sound amazing compared to what crew and ROZES sound like I didn’t get to see them this year. I was there and I was very upset because it was the FINAL Show of them I went to, I went to 3 concerts of kiss and next year I’m going to Queen’s Concert VIP like I did with KISS

In Berlin there was a warm up show at about 19:00 and they started at about 20:30 if I remember correctly.

Compare them to bands younger than them (Motley Crue, Guns n' Roses) and KISS sound absolutely incredible, blowing those guys away at this late stage in their careers. Crue and Guns are a complete embarrassment LIVE at this point.
And why do you not going to check out your hearing? Just in one point I agree with you. G n R is really embarrassing. The other band you mentioned, doesn’t need to comment. Off pitch in life concert is worst than loosing your voice, and Kiss just can’t ever be on pitch. My point is, which band produced world shaking hits and which made a clown of themself? The final answer is, G n R produced songs and Kiss produced clowns!

@@Sulee.0 after I have seen that interview with Gene about Kiss and he said, “ our music was shit compare to others “ I had to really dig up every number one hits performed by Kiss, and guess what I find? They had none! My point was, that they were popular only in the US where lately music education is sinking, or never was pushed ahead at all. A Mexican band named the Warning aged 18, 21, and 23 all from the same family as sisters, played piano from six yrs old of age produced and playing their own creations ahead of Kiss in Germany, and the audience in deed were singing their two only Spanish language songs speaks volume. Education is the key to understand lyrics which in Kiss case is in kindergarten level, and I have to cite one sentence of Google encyclopedia, Kiss has earned 30 gold albums the most of any American bands. Which is proving my theory about music education from young ages, or does it prove that all the Kiss fans uneducated? It’s your decision to choose which case it is!

I saw KISS the first time in 1977 in NYC. Then saw them again in 1998. And I agree with you, I wouldn't pay the ticket price today to see them. When I saw them in 1977, the ticket price was $7.50 for middle seats.

He's singing lol.. watch his social media.. he constantly performs live.. he actually has talent. Don't let the naysayers fool u. Talented people can sound that good. He has his mess ups too. U can hear them if u really listen. But for the most part they all still sound absolutely fantastic! Just enjoy it. U can hear the power in Paul's voice when he's just talking to the crowd. They're just good man. Plain an simple. And good sound guys make it even better

@@nbdysfool3 100% WRONG! He sounds just the same as the Meet and Greet and there are screw ups when he goes up higher his voice cracks a little. Backing tracks don't do that, just ask Vince Neil. Even close ups of Paul and Gene, there is no missed cues like when they have backing tracks. You are not a fan and that is not the truth.

Gosh man what has happened to the crowds at concerts now a days, it's like everyone is asleep at every live concert video i see
Audiences suck now. Concerts used to be such exciting events that people screamed themselves hoarse. Not anymore. Sad.
It's just the average age now of all the fans of bands from 80s and 90s still touring. It's simply human nature. Standing, dancing for 2.hours is alot harder now.
