I still remember seeing this performance as if it was yesterday 10 years later. 2010 was the creme dela creme of the Queen City BOTB's!! The show of a lifetime...I hope we'll see a return when the new Memorial Stadium is built.
I discovered them in 2017. Seeing them live is also on my list. Would have happened last year at GHOE. Praying possibly this year might happen. 11 years later...i hope you got a chance to see them
MY FAVORITE SHOW EVER! This was my generation of band. My state. The only band I wanted to match with. Even though I took another path in life, only can only imagine what being in this show must have been like!
Wow Aggies! Great performance, I just Love how y'all performed "Go Head" by Ricco Barrino, who is also from NC (Whoop whoop). This amazing performance really gets my Aggie Pride turned up to the Max!
I wish all these DCI people would stop talking shit about this style of music. It is different okay? When you say stuff like "This is dumb, go search blah blah blah for something real!" It only slanders the very idea of Drum Corps. We are all musicians, no matter what style we play. I marched with Santa Clara for three years and it sickens me when people do not see the damage they cause by bickering over the different style . Just stop.
A&T Band performance at NCCU Battle of the Bands will be part of my upcoming documentary. I need 2 band members to do 5-10 minute interviews about what it means to them to be part of the band. Check my channel for official site.
As an Alumni of this great University , I am very familiar with DCI. A few graduates of this University are on the board of DCI so what are you saying. This is the HBCU experience that takes skill , rhythm and coordination. It’s a cultural thing. Do you actually think they can’t march Core Style. Core style is easy.
@stovepipewashington THUNDAR bros. Please don't get them confuse with SCSU Marching 101's Thunder Brothers Inc. But coming from one, this was a nice show BGMM.
@drumworkshop100 That's a matter of opinion...Two totally different styles...I've marched both and enjoy them equally...Learn to live outside the box a little...We live in a vast world...Not everyone wants to march "Highstep" and not everyone wants to march "Corp"...Both artforms are unique and entertaining to their audiences...
One thing I hate when I go to see these events is the announcers talking during the whole show. Why don't they shut up and let us hear the bands. I can't hear when the announcers are always talking.
"Billie Jean" arranged by "J HARRIS" (New Orleans) , SU FALL 92, baritone. I am also the TRUE arranger for "Whoa" and "Is It A Crime". I hope that a certain someone stops the very disrespectful act of claiming my arrangements. SMH Thanks.

si tan solo hubiera una oportunidad para demostrar 😎
Is the announcer Ryan Cameron from "Drumline"? If not, it sure does sound a lot like him.
Sorry, I'm a huge corps fan but I still love this stuff too. There can be a happy medium.
