Hah I have a drawing tablet pen
FOR EVERYONE DRAWING ON PAPER AND NOT THE COMPUTER: Instead of flipping the drawing to check it, you can use a mirror! This goes with ANY drawing for ANY style, mirrors are a life saver! I found this out when I was a younger artist and it literally saved half my pieces from being disasters, it gives you a different look at you drawing and helps you fix mistakes!!

Foxy the Pirate FNaF If you hold up the drawing in front of the mirror and look at the reflection, it will “flip it” for you. It’s easier to see your mistakes this way
I always just take a picture with my phone and mirror it from there, always found that to be the easiest way.

Dude, all this drawing stuff it's a whole science...
For me, this was an awesome tutorial, maybe even a class.
You know, sometimes I draw to kill time and some stress, I knew about all the internal and structural lines, but I never use them, (because are a pain in the ass while drawing with the stuff) but this vid made me see them in a different perspective, definitely will try to use them in the way that you show here!

Wow, this was the most in-depth tutorial I’ve seen yet, and I’ve already tried it and it worked for me! I’ll actually be using this, as I’m literally at the very beginning of starting to draw (at least to the extent of many experienced artists). Thank you so much for this!
Also, for how small and new the channel is, it already looks like one that would gain tens or even hundreds of thousands of subs. The quality and presentation is nice (intro/outro). It’s ok to be nervous at first.

This video has seriously changed how i spend my time, it helps me deal with stuff so much better. I can look at my art and not be annoyed at it, and i feel like i'm actually improving instead of slipping down the mountain of skill. Subscribed; seriously great video with good advice and easy to follow steps. If you're running around the comments and haven't watch the video for some reason seriously do it. I have come back here to thank you for helping me start really improving in my art, I have seen such a big improvement since last year. I know there are a lot sources to learn from, but this channel is where I started learning how to make the art that I wanted to create, so thank you.

You were like WELL IMA RESIZE BECAUSE THE HEADS SMALL and i realized that my head was tiny and i was drawing on paper so... I erased the whole head and died inside
You should never be afraid to erase. I've always had the mentality that nothing I've ever make is sacred. Never be afraid to erase or scrap a drawing if it doean't look right.
IMO: paper is cheap (sorry poor trees) so if something Major needs to be redone on paper I'll just get a new paper and start over (or light box the good parts over to save time). the mistakes are windows into the past that can be compared to in the future to see progress or be used as a reference when redrawing the character.
for example, the head may have been too big the the emotion or expression was captured perfectly.
but in the end, never stop trying even if you meet set backs.
