If you routinely abuse the powers that we give to you to keep law and order by breaking these laws in acting in a criminal manner where do you see this going? I need advice A B Im a T4 paraplegic and wheelchair bound, 13 years ago i was arrested and handcuffed with my arms behind my back and then thrown into a police van and left lying on my tummy with my arms behind my back and my wheelchair then placed on top of me, i was told i had no case and that i could not claim, since then i have suffered pain in my back arms and neck, am i still able to sue and claim or has it been too long to do anything now???
PC 7750 Should be fined and given a warning as to his conduct. Clearly he is guilty of harrasment fraudelent statements, this should go to court to get justice.

Lost for words. Demoralising to see how some police officers choose to behave, really disheartens me to think their behaviour will rub off onto the sensible, reasonable, good police officers out there. Seeing these videos has really changed my opinions and consequently changed my attitude regarding the police. Some kind of total revision is needed drastically and whoever is responsible for the employment criteria regarding police officers needs to be held accountable.
There were never any restrictions stating only certain jobs (although many companies closed), and the cops have no authority to decide who is, and is no, essential. For example, I don't find 2 cops intimidating people doing lawful activities essential.

A Notice doesn't need to be "followed" as instructed. A Notice is basically an offer to contract and you get to decide if you enter into the agreement.

I have had some interactions with Thames Valley Police. I was racially abused by PC DAVE MORGAN 7354 of Slough Police Station. I reported the incident to Professional Standards and quickly came to realise that when dealing with them, that they are there to protect officers bad behaviours.Its such a pity as just a few bad cops can make all good cops look bad.
What I don't get is, why not get a good lawyer and rip them a new one? A good lawyer could put an end to the endless line of harassing coppers when you visit a police station, because you are allowed to film the police and they break the law everytime they harass you about it. Maybe contact Crimebodge for advice.
