When I was really sick I could not follow along well enough with any discussion about dairy, gluten, sugar, etc. to save my life. Years of listening but not doing. Eventually I did die and was revived by a family member who saw that I was not breathing. Ben, I would have responded if I had a device that worked like a health buddy. Call it a "Lynch Pin" if you must that could connect to my cell and tell me to do or not do certain things. I survived because I finally said no to gluten and dairy all at once. I then learned how to supplement to get my O2 levels up - no doctor introduced yet. Then listened to Dr Amy Myers and goofy Dave Asprey. More upticks and now I can think and live. Not done yet, I need to remove amalgams, mold, lead, and EMF. When I get my body completely back we'll talk some more. I want to save more stupids like myself from themselves. My device should be able to work with your StrateGene product but this will all take years to create.
we have a set of genes, which are involved in longevity. it would be cool to find out how to change their expression level. for example, foxn1 downregulation -> thymus involution -> inflamnaging.
Hey Ben, I think I am about to purchase the Planner. I do have some questions about the features though. Does the Planner work in a way like StrateGene. Will I be able to do those reports using this tool or is that completely separate?
What do you do if clinically deficient in folate and you can't tolerate taking any methyl folate supplement? Tiniest dose causes severe headache and brain fog. Homozygous for 677t. Homocysteine is rising. Now at 14 serum level. I'm taking 200mg of Sam-e and b-6. B12 hypes me up. Don't know what to do next.
Need a health professional. Also need to be very careful of SAMe as that can increase homocysteine if B12 and folate deficient. TMG, phosphatidylcholine and creatine may help. Liposomal glutathione also may help. I recommend ordering StrateGene and then joining our private Facebook group where you can ask questions and learn a ton - and find a health professional.
overclocking our kidney function is a good topic to investigate. gfr correlates with hcy level (even in patients without ckd). so, if we have patients, resistant to methylation therapy, we can try to improve their renal function. but the question is - how?
kidneys are filters as you know. So we need to identify what they are filtering and try to reduce their burden. Sugar, chemicals, proteins - so if we reduce the burden, we can support the kidney. TMG (Betaine) is a great nutrient for the kidney. Methylation is also resistant if MTR is slowed by metals, infections, inflammation, oxidative stress...
"metals, infections, inflammation, oxidative stress" what inflammation and infection blood tests do you recommend? Crp, IL6? TNFa? IgG's? -------------

LPS, hsCRP, lipid peroxidation, RBC glutathione, RBC fatty acids, digestive stool analysis (microbiome), viral titers, urinary organic acids.
you are the best, if you find how to: 1. upregulate klotho gene 2. downregulate angiotensin 2 type 1 receptor
Nitrous oxide destroys B12 ?? Don't we produce Nitrous Oxide when we are breathing correctly and our body is functioning efficiently?
close. we produce NitrIC oxide. Very different.
