Yes i not only watched the entire video but i took action accordingly.
1) Sagar sir mentioned the famous mouse dopamine experiment and reminded us of how dopamine is connected to how things we enjoy.
2) Sagar sir talks about how to break bad habits by using dopamine fasting.
3) Sagar sir talks about how to gain mental rebalance using dopamine fast.
I immediately removed all the mediums through which i overspent my dopamine hormones.
Those things were PUBG and Amazon Prime.

I had 62 kg weight, reduced it to 54kg in a year. Did Simple sustainable intermittant fasting of 16 hours w/o exercise. Started with 12 hours fasting for few months. Controlled my dopamine cravings with lot of practice n hardwork, I feel lighter and more energetic. Sacrifice is the key, no substitute

Coming to Tuesday fast, apart from the religious dimensions, there are scientific reasons to it as well which is the dopamine detox, but lets not complicate it that much.
Simply the thing is Hanuman ji is an example of pure devotion, concentrating all your energy towards one task, achieve it and then go for the other.
When you take up Tuesday fasting there are rules to it, Purity of thought and actions being the primary and then detachment from things , you may feel you cant give up.
And der you go to achieve your ultimate self.
It will be a journey to achieve something, so do not at any point ask for miracles.
