- This is a video where I recommend a newly established online record shop called RareProgPsych. They are based in the Netherlands and specialize in rare, collectible top shelf quality LP titles, such as Cressida, Andromeda, Still Life etc. Labels you can find in their list are Vertigo, Harvest, RCA, Nepentha Deram/Decca Nova, Middle Earth and other very collectible labels.

Nico, I'm back. Never heard of "Gift" but I will be looking into it. I scored a great piece today in the wild, an OG German Frumpy 2 in Ex/Ex condition in the the OG zip lock plastic bag. The six panel sleeve is in amazing condition and fully intact with no repair. I got the green splatter version, I guess this was issued briefly on black vinyl first ?. I scored this way below value @ $ 90.00 , I think this would be about a $300.00 LP, maybe even higher. So thrilled, as I just love this album. If you are interested in VCLT, let me know. I have some US psych set a side. Another month and things will be cooled down here in the desert. Take care and do another video when you're ready. Ron
Wow! An original Frumpy 2? That's one I don't have myself, but of course am looking for. Those are rare to come by in decent condition for a decent price. Congrats on finding that gem! How the gypsy was born is a favourite track.
VCLT from you is always fun! I have a couple of things set aside for you as well, although not enough yet complete. I will be heading over to your channel one of these days. I'm sure there are videos I have missed. Got to get back into the VC universe :-)

Nico, that is nuts that you were able to pull an original press of that record in that condition. I love that you chose to highlight this youngman's website strictly because he earned it. Hey buddy! Thanks for stopping by. Yeah, it's been a big want for a long time, so I'm quite pleased to add an original to my collection. The Long Hair reissues are a great alternative. I have those myself and they sound as good as the original + you get an insert with pictures and the history of the band. Value for the money for sure. Take care!

Yeah, he has set up his site in a way I find most other online retailers are lacking. Detailed photos, detailed description and accurate grading is indeed very important when buying records in this price range. Take care and thanks for watching!

He's a rare breed with serious consideration for his customers' investments, as the larger percentage of internet sellers fall far short of his respectable practice. I'll check him out. As I mentioned in the video, if the record had got damaged during shipping, it would have been all on the postal service. We need more sellers like that. Take care!
