@@Melia_67 It's seriously rough. The amount of countless hours of lessons and dance practice, the majority on your own to show determination, weekly weight checks. They dedicate their lives to becoming an idol, usually while their in their early teens or preteens with no guarantee they'll debut. Anyone debuting under a year of training is usually one of a few different things: prior trainee who's already experienced, someone with exceptional raw vocal abilities that only needs refining, someone that visually fits what the company wants for their next group project who has enough talent that they won't completely drag the group down. Usually in that case they still continue training after debuting. I've been following kpop since 2nd Gen so knowing how long some of them had to train back then really opened my eyes to their perseverance and just made me appreciate the genre (or rather the performers of the genre ) all the more
