I was a divorced mom with a child. I worked 4 jobs to buy 3 acres of land and a mobile home that was paid for. Then I traded it in for a 14 x 80 ft mobile home. They were all paid for. After 10 years I got married and husband refused to live in mobile home. He insisted on a house. So now I'm up to my neck in bills at 72. I would go back to my first home in a heart beat. I'm so Proud of you all. Just stay on track. Lv and Prayers to all.

We are retiring with a camper or mobile home in Illinois on my MIL property, and we will have a 5th wheel in Missouri. we can travel in or air b&B when we are in Illinois. 6 good months of summer guest pays all bills for a year for both homes.
A mobile home is a home it's who you make it with. I would live in a tiny shed I can build with my amazing husband rather than some superficial man who put me in debt.

My husband and I have 3 sons. We bought our mobile home 2 years ago to put our family farm. We are so happy and is grateful that the Most High has blessed us. You all going to love being able to raise your sons on this. They are going to have much room to run around 😊
This is our next move. We lost my husband and I’m a young widow with 7 babies. We are never home, rent is too high and we love nature and animals. We need our healing and our peace and not an HOA and high bills. We are 11 months away from a farm life wit easier living.🫂

I wanted to tell you I made the last payment of our mortgage today May 3rd!! Praise the Lord...Glory to God!! Alot of money saved monthly. Debt free finally. I know the feeling. No more mortgage. Working hard on this to get paid before my husband retires which won't be for 5 more years. Thank you Lord for helping us get debt free. A different way than you guys but same feeling!!!

I have freinds that have been in their mobile home for 40 years. It continues to be well maintained like any home needs to be. Porches and car ports were added over the years and of course a new roof. But with good maintenance you can have a home for life. God’s blessings for this family 🙏

Nothing better than owning a home on acreage, with no debt! I bought my 1989 16x66, on acreage, with a 25x50 pole barn on the property, years ago, and have no debt. Welcome to the club! Another good thing about having a mobile home on your own land, is that the property tax is usually much lower than a site built house. Congratulations on your new home!!

My husband and I had four sons and we home educated and homesteading back then. Our sons are in their 30s and 40s now and we have a smaller version of the family homestead here in New Hampshire. Watching you guys and those boys brings back such fond memories. I just wanted to make sure I told you that even though it gets kind of hard when they’re teenagers down the road a ways those boys are going to thank you for raising them simple, and feeding them good food, and teaching them, good values. Our goal was to raise good men, and I can say now that the simplicity of how we did it is what made it so permanent and rich. I have no regrets and my husband and I are now surrounded by grandchildren and some of the things we taught them when they were small. We are now teaching to our grandchildren. I am so glad I found this channel and plan to subscribe as soon as I’m done here. Keep up the good work. I almost started crying when the boys were riding their bikes ahead of you guys as you walked up to the new home. They stop to let you guys catch up. I have so many memories of my boys riding their bikes ahead of us as we walked down the long driveway to the sugar house…no regrets…not one regret…you keep looking up and keep on keeping on!

So happy for your family a debt free home is a priceless feeling . My first home I owned was a 2 bedroom trailer i paid 500 bucks for I repaied the home each pay check and we built a roof over the trailer with scrap lumber we collected from construction workers and put insulation in the roof it cut cooling and heating coast I will never forget how good it felt to know I owned a home for my 3 girls that was our home debt free A family with faith in God opens Heavens doors to many blessings this is one of many blessings God has for you trials come our way but God's blessings grow bigger with Faith and Trust God always brings us through Remember God will never lead us where his Grace will not keep us .I pray blessings from above as never before over your family and home

I Tapped In When I Seen This Video Of A Delivery Trailer Home On My Feed ! Once I Heard Him Say “It’s All About God” I Decided To Support This Man And His Channel 💯
I bought 31 acres of land in NH. It came with a 1972 mobile home. It was the reason the property didn't sell. This is my 2nd property but I will eventually build a house there and rent this out. I totally gutted it and renovated it. I'm in the process of finishing the bathroom and kitchen right now. All the drywall is done. So happy for you, you will love it! That sucker is huge! If you need tips renovating that PM me. I have tons of tips that will help you a LOT. You're smart, roof first. If you go with asphalt shingles get the lifetime shingles. Metal roofs are probably cheaper. The very first thing you want to do is check the electrical. Pull out an outlet. See if it's back wired. If it is you want to remove all those switches and outlets and replace them with contractor grade and wire them properly to the screws on the side. Back wiring is half assed and dangerous.
This is very similar to what we did 13 years ago... got a mobile and moved onto land, debt free. Your wife is so lovely and her joy reminded me of myself back then. Since then we have moved in a house and sold our mobile but being mortgage free has been wonderful! A coat of paint does wonders and it's so great to grow your own food and spend your time raising your kids

I gathered so many things in this wholesome video of a family unit as they continuously repeated "BLESSINGS and MORTGAGE FREE." The husband was excited about his wife's arrival so she could see the house affixed to the ground. He even allowed her to enter the home 1st and talked to her about making it more comfortable by building them a deck. The wife thought the home was perfect and was excited about establishing a home on land they owned. She was also curious and concerned about the kids' thoughts about their new home and where they would live. The kids (who want to be kids) seem very deserving and excited to discover their home surroundings. It is true when they say, "HOME is where the HEART is."

God Bless you & your family. I bought my first mobile home when I got out of the military. ( 1976 ) It was a single wide (64 ft long )with a expanded living room. (20 ft wide.) it was all I could afford at the time. It was used. A (1972). But, I was like your wife. Very “excited, thrilled & felt blessed. I loved it. I did it all on my own at age 27 yrs and single. Lived in it for 35 yrs. What a joy I had fixing it up my way those yrs. Loved when it rained. It would sound like you were in a bucket with the rain on the tin (aluminum roof). Just a little rain would do it. Heaven help when it down poured. I did put shingles on it later (myself.). So many memories you will make. Always fixing somethings. (Just like a car) you’ll find out. Make sure you get insurance on it. You both are very smart to buy the land. Maybe the sons might want to live their too when they grow up and have a family. Something to think about on your property. When my parents were old, they asked me to move in with them in their house. They no longer could take care of themselves. My mother said, “Don’t sale it, just give it away. We need you now”. Well, my stepfather up and died before I could do anything about it. Then 6 months later my brother died. That’s when I was moving some my things, and these 3 Mexican men were walking up my street and asked, what was I doing?. I said, “moving”. They asked, what I was going to do with my place. I said, “ Would any of you want it? That got their attention. They said, how much? I then said, IF you can find a truck by tomorrow, to move it off this lot, I’ll give it to you FREE. Well, they were there the next morning with a truck. So, I gave it to the one that wanted it. I had already made arrangements with the park managers. They were happy they could move a new one in. The guys were happy because they got it FREE and my mother was happy for me giving it to them FREE. I was happy because I could be with my mother without any problems. and that was the best decision I made. Those were some of the best years and memories I made in my life so far. It wasn’t long after that my mother died and left me the house in her Will. I’m 76 yrs now and trying to figure out what I’m going to do with the house. I had thought about selling it and moving into a mobile home, but I’ll probably go into a assisted living place. (Old folks home for seniors). Anyway, Good luck and God bless you’ll. We had a manufactured home for over 20 years until we flooded in 2017 with Hurricane Harvey. In 2020 God blessed us with a home through the program with the General Land Office. God is so awesome so worship, praise and give thx everyday... So Happy for you guys!!🙏🙏🙏

Its a nice home for a Beautiful family GOD IS GOOD!
Can remember being that age with my wife and how proud we were to buy our first home. A wooded acreage in the country with a nice 10'X55' mobile home. As the old saying,we were " snug as a bug." Later we were able to build two new homes in our 52 years together. Such a wonderful adventure together. So good to see this young couple and their family to be so proud and happy with their home. I can remember that wonderful feeling. God bless this family.
