There was a good size audience in the balcony, which you can't see in the video. But you can hear the enthusiastic applause at the end, which proves that they are there!

@@abnormal_alien3942 The audience is not visible due to the camera angle and the fact that most of them are sitting in the balcony, which has far superior acoustics in this particular hall. It's obvious that there is an audience by the applause at the end.

These are kids - college kids! To believe they would summon that discipline and decorum - I would not have believed it without seeing it here. Salute, Conductor Kalam.
And the execution is impeccable. And no one cracked under the soloist pressure. No, instead they excelled. To put it mildly. Forget the fact of the youth; this is a spectacular, top flight concert performance.

Best Video on RUclips to me for some time now and still going.
Good performance is probably because of good conductor.
Like how this conductor looks very much regular American and yet can make excellent artistic work.

Generally the way conductor conducts has more influence on the quality of the music performance than the way the conductor looks...

Прекраснейшая музыка! Впервые она прозвучала 21 июня 1941 года на премьере драмы «Маскарад».
    А завтра началась страшная война!
    Пусть всегда будет МУЗЫКА!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
