+1 on these lights, for the money I paid on Amazon for this on my Sportster, I could not possibly be happier. AWESOME value, you won't be disappointed. 2 years of use now, still going strong.
I just installed one of these on my Custom Honda Fury and Damn they are awesome (Wisamic) , I can see light daylight at night now and most importantly people will see me coming better in the Day 👍🏼
I'm not experienced any fogging yet. However I have also garaged my bike in the winter and the coldest I've ridden is around 50°. Otherwise the light has been Rock solid.
Awesome video - I have that exact bike, same paint and all! Was on the fence about this but I’m now sold. I also have the clear covers on my turn signals which looks badass.. only issue is that the blinker bulbs are dim (even more so than the factory headlight), so I want to get that figured out. If you ended up changing them, would love to know what kind of bulb you went with. Thanks!
sent my Wisamic back. positive ground? not sure. i am not an electrician. Have the light you have now! Works great! won't fit in shell; i have a toggle for hi/low beams screwed in it. geez. is your sporty head light shell a top bolt like old sport/shovels. is there space for a toggle behind the big mutha bulb in your head light shell? checking on buying 07 shell so it might take my toggle switch.just asking. Thanks!
Does anyone know if this fits a 2017 XG750 street? I got one for my sportster. Just wondering if anyone has installed this on a xg750. Would like to know before I order it and take my wife’s motorcycle apart. Website says it should fit. Just wondering if anyone actually knows. Thanks in advance.
@PEACEFUL WARRIOR It only matters where the high beam is pointed and it's cut off. Lot's of cars also have high beam lamps located slightly below the low beam.
@@GIBro-mm5dj put old headlight back in works, tried hi/low switch on old one works. fuse is circuit breaker. i have a 74 shovel. tail light is working. both run off the same circuit breaker. Thanks for the reply!
Video is great but this head lamp is an absolute piece of junk. The original Harley stock headlight is way brighter than this one. So don’t bother putting this one as you will have to take it off immediately after you try it at night.
@@XenaTheQuadCamBikah im probably gonna buy one but just wondering did u do a load resistor or do you ever have the high beam indicator show when running low beams? Also if it burns out, u just gotta replace the whole thing right?
@@GreyHarleyDood The math works out when you get stuck in bad weather and your cheap knock off headlight has a film of moisture on the inside of the light.

Good thing I found this video... almost took off complete housing
At last the side by side comparison I was looking for

I also put one on my bobber build. Really happy with the results.
Yes I have fitted one of these on my sporty pleased with it so far.
Just ordered one. Thanks for the post
Thanks for the review. Ordering one now for my 2019 HD 48.
How do I lower the high beams my high beams are to high up I need it lower to the ground.
Another Great video... why leave on the plastic protect cover on the glass ??? you think you can scratch the glass or what ???
Yeah, left it on to avoid scratches. Peeled it off right after.
@@GIBro-mm5dj Thx...
Any issue with fogging in cooler weather?

I didn't change the bulbs, just the covers. Went with smoke set.
wonder if this fits in a 2001 Sportster 1200c
Just got one for my 2001 883xl sporty. Fits just fine. It was a great upgrade
Just got one of these, mines doesn't light up as bright as youres....

What years your harley I want too get this for my 98 harley sportster
Mine is a 2007
I installed mine and it doesn’t fit in there snug. Took it apart and tried again and still can’t get the wiggle out of it
Maybe you had it upside-down
G.I. Bro writing at the top
G.I. Bro I went back to it on my lunch break today. Wrapped a few layers of tape around the circumference of the light and now it’s tight as ever
What size bars are these?
Any idea if this will plug and play with my 2002 sporty ?
Sorry bud, not sure. I imagine it has to be similar as Sportsters have not changed much since 1999.

Did you disconnect the battery first?
Nope, had no issues as it was plug and play. Honestly no different than changing a blown bulb on a car. As long as the power is off, you will be fine.
Please add a view of the actual performance of the light would be very helpful not just how easy it was to install ..cheers
If you watched the video you would see he did lol
My headlights flicker when i start my bike, does anybody have the same problem or anybody knows how to fix it?
it's just the voltage drop in the ignition.
was that a white rabbit sitting in the woods when you hit the high beam .....................
3:39, not sure very possible.
Why is the hi beam on the lower part of the headlight 🤔
One would think that the
HI BEAM would be above the low beam and not below it !!!
Yeah I dunno, I didn't engineer it that way. Clearly works though.
@PEACEFUL WARRIOR It only matters where the high beam is pointed and it's cut off. Lot's of cars also have high beam lamps located slightly below the low beam.
Can you see me now?
just installed my light...nothing? defective? Yo Amazon
Double check your fuse before you return it.

So by now when actually riding you can't see shit
It hasn't been a big year of riding for me, but the light is still good to go.
evan marks I don’t understand. Why not?

I appreciate the comment, but disagree. Mine is still going strong and has great illumination. Very happy with the upgrade.
I don't have experience with daymakers, but my God if they're any brighter than these, I'd be amazed if they're legal, these are bright as shit as is.
G.I. Bro agreed. Have had one on my sporty four years now. Already got more than my money's worth. 👍

The Harley LED Headlight is more than twice as bright...buy the harley headlight.
If u can afford it
@@GIBro-mm5dj save $ for it. It's a huge difference.
Twice as bright, ten times the cost... math not working out on that one. 😂😂
@@GreyHarleyDood The math works out when you get stuck in bad weather and your cheap knock off headlight has a film of moisture on the inside of the light.
@@michaeldew8193 Any evidence it's twice as bright in terms of effective lumens? I think you literally made that up to justify your purchase.
Putting chinese crap on a Harley feels so dirty.
But you're okay with all the Mexican and Japanese shit already on a Harley?
