Cheers Foss, Well Done. I use a produt called Valvoline Tectil, which is a pressure pack of metal protection film. I spray this on every Galvanised bolt & fitting on the trailer which protects it from corrosion. It's amazing on corrosion prevention from the salt water.
This clean was fairly easy. Even with a lot of crud on the carpet the pressure hose removes the bulk of it. Fortunately I don't get much blood on the floor.
Stacer Carpet must be pretty well glued and stuck to the flooring timber. At that PSI blasting its a wonder the carpet doesn't separate from the floor. Great vid, thanks for posting.
Jazzy I don't like a bimini. I am in the camp that feels they restrict movement around the boat if your catch is having a run. Personal preference only. I use a cap that comes down over the ears and can cover the face. This is visible in some of my other videos.
Thanks for the info, could you show how you wash etc your boat when you come back from a fishing trip. I am thinking of getting a small stacer and wondering what needs to be done for after trip maintenance. Cheers and thank you , keep the videos coming, :)
Jay Tango RUclips will not allow me to respond to your comment. In fact I only get an email notifying me of your post but it does not show up in comments. To your question. I take it your question regarding salt removal relates to the exterior hull. If so the answer is no. I just pressure spray the hull then shamy down. No salt residue after this when dry. I don't use any detergent when spraying the carpet. So far have not needed it. If I ever have stains I may do this though.

Thanks for the suggestion. Will check out the product when out next.
@@bobrobinson8544 Great product Foss, i've used it for years & definitely protects your trailer
Something that most people don't think of doing, as a future boat owner was very helpful.

Your welcome.
I noticed you don’t have a bimini. Have you ever thought about installing one or do you prefer not having one?
