      I hadn't tried yellow bullhead but I have eat bass. Bass is a good eating fish for sure. I just prefer crappie and bluegill in my later years. But if I was fish hungry, I would try yellow bull head catfish

    What to look for from the bank when crappie fishing at ponds or bridges

    • @FishYanker
      @FishYanker  Год назад +1

      Bait/shad flickering or flipping on top of the water. Crappy like to be follow the bait. Look for Fish flipping on top of the water. Any kind of action even if it's bass. there still could be crappie right there in the same area.

    Great video Yanker! A couple weeks ago I got me a small Engle aerated bait box and headed out with a cooler full of ice and some gold bladed beetle spins and bobby garlands. I caught 1 tiny crappie lol. they don't like me😒

      Got to keep on fishing. Usually when you find one crappie there's more around in the same area.

    Wow, never seen bullheads that big, we use ones much smaller for flathead bait here in Texas.

    Are those bullheads good to eat? Look similar to flatheads. Loon like might be muddy tasting.
