240VAC is nice here in EU, but I have mixed emotions about the "need" of that flybridge. We could use it at best a couple of weeks every year, and I would like this boat better as a "sedan". Off with the flybridge, in with LiFePo-batteries and solarpanels on the roof. Maybe one (or two?) small vertical windgenerators for charging during driving?
So many beautiful Nordhavn yachts it makes it hard to dream about just one model. If I could buy one the choice would be so difficult to make the decision on what one to buy. I wish I had that kind of of a problem 🍻 Great video 👏
beautiful boat, despite the price, my hope of gaining the fast amount of money required to run this boat is far beyond my belief, still very nice and if i could i really would....
My but she's a big Lady!! To achieve her 4000+NM range, how much fuel does she carry, John? I have to admit that She's way too much boat for me (barring a massive Lottery win) but it is nice to dream isn't it?!!?
I really like Nordhavn boats. These bigger beauties would be a great was to live and explore the world. They really do have that (not so) little ship go anywhere look. The only thing I don't like about this vessel's layout, is the master suite on the bridge deck. I would far rather have a Sky Lounge. There are 4 great cabins on the lower deck and one of those would be great as a master. Like a home, you're pretty much only going to sleep in a cabin, the rest of the time you will want to be in the living areas or on deck and a Sky Lounge would be a great place to place to watch the world go by. Unless of course you want to get into the charter market - then you want to fit as many fare paying guests as possible. Noooo - I want to do the exploring myself!! Thanks for the great video. 😁
Too slow too heavy for size and too slow might as well sail beautiful vessel but could be so much more in steel with a semi displacement hull and a lot more power . Speed counts to avoid bad wx 15 m gets you 175 foot converted off shore supply vessel 12 k range and top speed of 25 plus cruise at 18

Your “don’t forget to subscribe” actually got me to subscribe. Just a data point my friend. Thanks for the great videos!
*Yaacht Buoy* What a beauty, thank-you sir for taking the time to show us. God Bless.
John, now that's what I'm talking about. If I could ever afford it I would have a Nordhaven 86 or above. Beautiful yacht!
🙌
Now that is a rare find..... ticking every box a lottery hopeful could dream of. I like this vessel.
Thanks for the tour... Great Nordhavn yacht.
Thanks for watching 🙌
I always think a Nordhavn has such a classic interior finish. It's for owners with taste, very unlike those ostentatious yachts that can be so crass.

I love a good Nordhavn video. My fav are the 76 to 120.
Great choice 🙌
@@YachtBuoy looking forward to the 148 being built.

Tasteless interior so not ugly .

Do you think this would be able to be owner operated by two people, like many other Nordhavns? Or a step too far?
I think that with the right experience it could
Yes it only takes 3 people to run the boat
An open flybridge is no good for us UK guys unless its used in warmer climates mostly. Still love it to bits though.
A wonderful boat however it’s needs a full walk around video review. The photos don’t do it justice.
Take a check?
At this point is it even a boat?

You forgot to mention that this is a European Boat with 50 Hz. She was original build for a Russian Owner.
Thanks for the info 🙌
