As for the chilli, it’s just a regular dry red chilli that is a bit spicier than the Kashmiri chilli. Kashmiri chilli is mostly for colour and a bit of flavour.

We actually did use vinegar in this. We use it because it develops the flavour of the dish.

No base gravy ?
The onions I used in the video is basically the base gravy. If you already have base gravy you can use that
