Sometimes I think they overprint so many cards but also there’s SO MANY times I need cards in my decks but they’re so expensive because they haven’t been printed in years.. reprint those NEO channel lands already!
What would be really cool is when you would add the current price to the image while discussing it (representative us price, representative eu price). I appreciate the fly-in of the curve but i think showing it additionally to the card would be helpful.
My favorite part about Goldspan dragon is [as long as I have interaction in my hand I cast it] because when they target it to kill it, they give me the mana to interact.
Pulled 2 copies of foil doubling season from my boxes of Foundations. Sad to see price drop so much from the time I bought a base non-foil copy 3 years ago for $80. But also glad to see the card more accessible to everyone!
Everyone reading this needs to buy 20 copies of Selvala, Heart of the Wilds. It is incredibly affordable right now and has one of the strongest effects imo. It always SLAPS.
The reason bloomburrow commander cards, from the actual decks are more expensive is the decks are hard to find. Look up the price of the sealed commander decks fellas
@Randymarsh2069 cool, i hope so, but have you actually got them in hand? Been hearing reprints but havent seen them in hands yet, they have come down some on tcgplayer. Either way it is still why copies of cards from those decks were pricier than other versions.
@ for sure I completely agree that’s why some copies are pricier. Haven’t got them in hand but did see a RUclips video from the last couple days where a guy received his. I hope my preorder doesn’t get canceled but I have seen preorders available on a couple different sites. Fingers crossed.
I came back to magic after 20 years away. I have 7 copies of Ravnica doubling season, so I really wish I'd come back 6 months earlier and sold them off. Oh well. I'm sure glad when they reprint the cards that I missed out on though!
@JakeandJoelareMagic well then I feel less bad. I guess if I'd been paying attention back in 2021 or so, I could have flipped my old cards for a small fortune
Yeah, I bought my Foil Etched Doubling Season for 29$ during the panic trough when Eldraine came on the heels of Battlebond to wreck that 100$ price point in such a satisfying manner. It was all the sweeter a buy, knowing the double reprint screwed up a long-term Recommended Hold for the Finance Bro community. Loved to see Kodama of the West Tree come down from a ridiculous 21$ to this. Get one, it WILL go right back up, albeit more slowly. Kodama is, along with Garruk’s Uprising, the very best Trample-granter that does more than just grant Trample to your board.
I nominate Dark Confidant (Retro Foil) @ $4 as bargain bin reprint (down from $45). Great picks as always. I appreciate that you inform the greater community of the discounted land opportunities because relative to anything else you could speculate on Utility Land has near infinite demand even for people who own copies that can't be bothered to swap them to different decks. You just have to be careful trying to catch the bottom because at least one major purchaser uses technical analysis to catch the low and and cause a mark-up to the next significant price shelf. I recently saw this happen Archon of Cruelty (MH3) go from $4 to $11.40
That is unlikely to happen due to it being a reserved list card; what they could do is make a Fake-ollos Elf Legend @ like GGG that has that same tap ability.
Good one as always! Almost missed it though because the border of the thumbnail looked like the red bar RUclips displays when you've already watched a video though!
These two are still the two biggest clowns on the Internet. Scalpers using social media as an avenue and/or vehicle. And y'all just keep paying them... They make me sick 🤢
Tell me you’re more privileged than the average bear without telling me. Edit: Man, can only dream of a Forest-Coffers. That’d be so great. Heck, how about a Forest Crypt Ghast?
Preorder the most recent set here (and help us just by clicking this link!): mtg.social/JJAM
Honorable mention: Norwood Priestess. Not the biggest fan of the Future Sight border, but going from $70 to less than $10 is huge!

They just got reprinted only the price for squirreled away is really bad
so glad I stayed until the end thanks for that extra little spice.
I picked up phyrexian tower at 12. Love having some of these classic lands finally reprinted so i can afford to pick them up and try them out.
Jake has definitely lost weight since I seen a video last it’s been a bout 6 months or more
Looking good bud keep it up
Jeska’s Will has gone back up. I saw a point where it dropped to $12. I jumped at it and bought six of them
Yall are the best!
GREAT VIDEO GENTLEMEN THANKS 👍.
KEEP STAYING PAWZITIVE GUYS
I am hoping the slow lands from Innistrad Remastered get a dip

Bad news - they printed doubling season in two different sets in 2023 and again this year. Need to go back a little further 😂

I came to comment about the OG dark confidant I’ve been buying copies for $5-$6 nm
If they unvan Rofellos Yavimaya goes nuts

Literally looking to sell my mox opal to pick up a playset of fetch lands from mh3
Ooooohhhhh you said tribes!!!!! That's racist!!! 😂😂😂 ❤❤❤
DCI fetches .. I wonder where they're at
Good one as always! Almost missed it though because the border of the thumbnail looked like the red bar RUclips displays when you've already watched a video though!
Good note, adjusted
Insta suscribed! Very good content, thank you
Do you talk about anything besides Commander? Sheesh

Tribes! He said it! Cancel him!
So...is this financial advise? 😅
all your suggestions are highly at risk to be printed into infinity, espeically non-foils.
Not really they WOTC want they $$$ from fetches and other utility lands
That can be said of nearly every non-reserve list card. These are lower risk based on historical context.
You guys are hella cute
Boycott Disney...
$30 is an expensive card?!?! Lmao goofy
$30 piece of cardboard 👍
