- We've been making some improvements to our Hayabusa supercharger package, including moving the Rotrex charger even further inboard for more clearance. In this video, we show you what we've done and explain the intercooler set up.
*2022 TTS Performance supercharger package for Gen2/3 Hayabusa*
Utilising the new, counter-clockwise C30-94 supercharger from Rotrex, we've been able to simplify the kit to make it much more compact with more ground clearance. By fitting it to the left-hand side of the bike, it's also much quicker to fit (one day as opposed to 2-3 previously).
Developed on a 2009 Gen 2 Busa, this comprehensively re-engineered kit will also be available for the latest Gen 3 bikes, with power in the region of 350+hp for both models.
The full package for Gen 2 bikes is expected to be available by the end of Feb 2022.
The Gen 3 package will be available as soon as the ECU software is ready.

Exceedingly brilliant engineering.
Very impressive 👏🏻 i wonder what the designers at suzuki would make of this if they sat down and watched your video??? Love to be a fly on the wall 🤣👍🏻
It’s the bike they should have made👍
Nice , keep up the good work.. can't wait until it hit the market,
That's a really nice looking setup and with the intercooler it should be really reliable, nice 1
Why are you don’t recommend to do a bigger gaps in the piston rings specially for a boost ???
Yall need to do the zx14r now
TTS doing what Suzuki should have done to it since the gen 2
The private market does a better job. Suzuki provides a fantastic base. Your budget your horsepower.
Richard,i dont know on this new busa, but on my bikes i always have enough space under subframe to make a oval tube to feed the airfilter?...
How much for the kit for 2008 hayabusa gen 2 With overseas shipment cost To the Netherlands??
That's the gods a video of more than 1 minute 37 seconds lol
Love the vids but can we get longer vids with more details, we love the details 👍
What do you think will be the maximum power output on the gen3 you will be able to get and still be a usable street bike.
Another vid coming out.
How's it going my friend I was wondering is that on a stock motor producing that much and how long would it last I cuz I want to have a daily Rider with around 300 to 350 horsepower and I was thinking about carpenter racing has one that gets 365 plus to the rear wheel Andres motor but if I could go with a supercharger and get a little more and just have to change the pulleys that would be pretty cool
Is this still looking good for a gen 1 in the future please? Looking excellent and appreciate the effort to lose that last 8mm 👍🏻
Yep. Couple of months 👍
a question, but beyond decompressing the engine it is convenient to change pistons and connecting rods or only Pistons?
Stock parts are forged. We just lower the compression keeping stock pistons and rods.
Wondering🤔...Does this simple, easy installation apply to the B-King?
Yep. Check my website
Very neat and tidy looking kit, Who's most folk using for Insurance?
In UK. BIKEsure
Great thanks, Thats the guys I'm already using
Ooo need to make sure i pay up my credit card.
Can you do busa 2021

@@TTSPerformancehow much supercharge and labour all fitting
My concern is reliability? I'd love to throw a supercharger at my next busa.
Busa’s are renown for their strength. We have been building them with this sort of power for 20 years 👍
Is this 350hp at the crank or at the wheel?
Wheel
@@TTSPerformance awesome. I have a 3rd gen and was looking at your kit. I'm in the states though, do I have any options?
