I love the pops,but in my town I’m sure it would be an instant ticket if gestapo seen it happening.Even though the Harleys can run open pipes and be as obnoxiously loud as they want to be.I got a ticket for running my sidewinder for being to loud,but I knew the cop that ticketed me had a Harley way louder than my bike so I got him riding around on my phone took it too Court with me and showed the judge the video.I rode my bike to court so the judge came out and listened to it,of corse I had a short baffle screwed into on this day.The judge told the officer he didn’t want to see him in there again with another noisy exhaust ticket unless he was willing to give himself one.

Cop admits "its different sound, despite it being louder" Judge who sat over this case laughed the cop out of the court house after watching the footage. "You dont get to pick and choose who you enforce the law on because you dig Harleys..."
My second motorcycle was a gen 2 busa and man I loved it , my last bike was a zx10 but a drunk driver hit me and totaled it and almost killed me! But I plan to make a full comeback and be out riding soon
I went down 👇 on my brand new turbo Busa three weeks ago. I almost died also. I broke 12 bones on the left side of my body. Just got out of the hospital 🏥 today. I can't wait to be able to walk again. So I can ride my 22, 18, and 07 Busas again. As for the Turbo Busa, I'm sure going to rebuild her! So sorry to hear about your accident. I hope you recover soon and ride again!
Suzuki fell short on the GEN 3 IMO, owned 5 hayabusa's over the years, dragraced, top speed venues and 120k sport touring miles, luv the busa. Long time busa owners waited 12 years for this, more midrange and updated electronics, defintely like the new look though. This bike should of been a 1441 and put out at least 215 to 220 hp after simple mods and ECU flash, 1ks are making over 200hp! Once I heard the engine displacement was the same I knew the hp numbers werent going to be impressive, Its the iconic hayabusa for god sakes, the bike that shattered all the records by a long shot in 1999, this will probably be the last update it will ever see and this is the final product. Shoulda been a killer right from the factory with big hp left in the ECU... not impressed. Chris.... no reflection on you brother, great work with what you have to work with. 👍
Well at least it has forged internals so it’s boost ready. And yes liter bikes are making more power but they don’t make torque like the Busa and they don’t have the reliability or easy maintenance like the Busa. Honestly the Busa just isn’t about setting records anymore.
Have to admit Chris I don't like the pops and bangs myself, .... but then again I'm a 70 year old that just sold my '88 GSX1100F that still had stock exhaust and 115,000 km on it. Suzuki builds great bikes!!
Doesn't shock me. Suzuki actually stated they reeled the HP back due to emissions to prevent having to place the "flat spot" into the 5500-9000 rpm range. Everyone else is either robbing throttle or HP and creating those notorious "flat spots" to pass emissions. Problem is, those can be flashed out, just flat out less HP cant. Wrong decision for Suzuki IMO.
this actually worked out in my favour. I got a 2024 Busa and was really happy here was no dead spot, thing rides so smooth and nice. It is plenty fast for me as I just cruise around enjoying the bike and have a bunch of power on tap to do a pull. No racing or anything. Really glad I didnt/dont have to flash my bike to get it to run right. more mpower? sure not available but my $20,000 bike better run right. I'll buy cams if i need more power and do it right. but not happening. In my eyes, good job Suzuki.

HAYABUSA is a great motorcycle. This is because HAYABUSA has different characteristics from the first generation, the second generation, and the third generation!
I absolutely love the sound and performance upgrade of the Brock’s full titanium CT single on my ZX14R. The Moore mafia flash made this bike a complete animal. Huge difference!! Thanks Chris!!!

I dont know if people were expecting huge hp numbers from the Gen3 when flashed, but it was months ago in this one video some guy from Suzuki US (or similar) told that Gen3 Hayabusa is not restricted like the 1000cc bikes are, everyone gets the same. And doing the math, 1340cc, 42mm throttle bodies, cam specs are known, with exhaust the 184-188 is about right.

Not very many Mechanics ( On RUclips ) share secrets, Or provide Quality information. You are one of the exceptions! ...The dyno tuning is very telling for baseline numbers, A little disappointed with no ignition timing remarks... What would really be valuable to new tuners is to see what every individual cylinder is doing as far as - fuel/air ratios are concerned & Ign timing per cylinder. You and Brock are the Best! -But Will Always Buy Yoshimura, They earned it.
Chris, you are the cutting edge in tuning right now! The Busa sounds great but I am not a fan of the machine gun popping. Thats my humble opinion. All my bikes I have tuned through you, I asked you to remove the popping. Thats just extra noise.

Well, for the flames, the best would be you have it as an optional fuel map from the menu. It seems like the map is just dumping fuel at throttle roll off. What if you don't want the flames or the crackles, but you do want that rumbling burble from throttle roll off we used to get with carbureted bikes? Would that be an option on say the Yoshimura AT2 pipe? And do we now have the ability to modify the fuel maps in the menu?
I would say he could probably tune it for what you want but however in order to not have any flame at roll off then it probably wont be as fast as setting a tune for your asthetics

I like a little bit of pop, but IMO I think that’s excessive. My s750 popped a bit in second and third after adding a AT2 slip on, and a pair delete made it do it slightly less. It’s cool to hear sometimes, but I think it can get obnoxious quick.
I recently just sold my house from the divorce and I’m bikes shopping right now getting ready to start enjoying life again I honestly have not settle on a bike but I do know whatever I end up going with I will be driving my ass from Florida right on up to South Carolina and getting it turned here when I finally settle down on some thing. You really make all of these bikes what they are meant to be do all these regulations these bikes just come so neutered from the factory this high abusa wasn’t nearly as bad as a lot of the other bikes but still have a lot of uncourt potential that needed the old Moore magic touch.

I know a lot of your builds make big HP but ever have any of your customers run into BST/other carbon wheels breaking? A couple of the shops I want to buy from don't recommend for the US Mile and I think racing an air strip is fine on a stock busa?

I don't like the back off noise at all but that's me. The 2nd busa had the bst's on it so there's at least 3 to 4 hp .
Love riding high horsepower bikes, don't like making gunshot noises while riding hard

I know a lot of your builds make big HP but ever have any of your customers run into BST/other carbon wheels breaking? A couple of the shops I want to buy from don't recommend for the US Mile and I think racing an air strip is fine on a stock busa?
