    I remember the tracks very well. Lived on Hamilton Road in 50/60’s and used the tracks as a short cut to town; remember picking raspberries along the way plus bottles to turn in for spending money.

    The fenced off area near town was the former Wrentham Steel- I believe contamination from those days are the reason it’s not been developed

    Resided Park ST. 1972-1978. Remember very occasional local freight to Plainville, and large Crosby Valve factory, whose absence may account for the large open area near Depot St. R.E. taxes were cheap until a developer sued the town to stop protecting wet land west of Park St. Fond memories of dates at King Phillip night spot and sailing on Lake Pearl. Not sure move to So Cal was a step up.
