Now that you've planned some morning wins, it's time to plan your training. Here are your next steps: For New Puppy Owners - ruclips.net/p/PL7BBgLulhernifkOA1gOMGY3rLIQPNsWa
Hi! I'm a big fan of your RUclips channel 😁 I have a question; my puppy isn't fully vaccinated yet. This Oct/10 is coming his 3rd round, and I believe a fourth round is needed. Is it safe to take it outside for a walk right now? Or when will it be safe for him? Thanks!
The more play and train time you spend with your pup the stronger the bond you will have and the smarter dog you will have and it’s time spent with your dog that you’ll enjoy and a great way to start with a smile for your day
The video is very nice and useful. I want to add two important things, 1) I wouldn't put her inside the crate myself, I would let her choose to go in and then reward putting her bowl with food 2) I would for sure REMOVE her collar too. Also, I would make sure the dog/s eat all the food before I leave, this is just for safety to make sure they don't accidentally choke, I'm a bit of a safety freak 🙂
Great video as always!! :) Do you leave her in the crate while you're at work? If yes, how long is that? I have a new puppy and am contemplating whether I should leave him in his crate in the house or let him loose in the garden while I 'm at work - which is 07:30-16:00.
I have a 9 month old Cava-Tzu puppy. I’ve been trying my best to train him to do his business outside but he tends to wait to he gets back home to go on the pad. I usually walk him for 30-60 minutes. My wife and daughters leave early for work and school. I work nights and don’t get a chance to walk him in the morning. He has a playpen area equipped with his food, toys and wee wee pad. He’s slowly approaching his first birthday, really concerned that he’ll never relieve himself outside. Cheers from Brooklyn, NY.
It sounds like he's already been "trained" to go on the pad. You'll probably need to find training information(I'm not a dog trainer lol) on how to retrain him to break that habit.
I want to know if i can play tug with my puppy but i dont know if it will be to big because when we get him he will be an 8 week old Chihuahua. Also can you make a video on a small dog training? I really need help im warryied i really what this to work out.
Please could you tell me how these puppies eat when they're adults, after spending the first months eating while training, my dog will not eat without intercation with me, i am lacking time i've gone back to work.
My rotti pup also has trouble standing after in a down, I try holding the treat out in front like that and he did this cute little low crawl instead and I feel like that was more impressive then standing lol.

Great video thank you. But what about needing to leave a puppy and go to work. That can only stay a few hours in a crate. A video on a plan for working owner who needs to be gone for 8-10 hours would be great.
You shouldn’t be leaving your puppy for 8 hours. Ideally you or someone else would be coming during lunch time so the puppy isn’t stuck in the crate for more than 4 hours.
Omg yes I have a 11wk Doberman and I saw this channels video for puppy biting. They said to hold the collar to calm them but he starts squirming so bad I get scratched. I don't let go of the collar but it's not working.... yet
Until you don't need it anymore. Every pup is different. You'll know you don't need it when you don't use it to stop the puppy getting into trouble. Hope that makes sense.
My son and his wife got a pug pup, and from day one they simply left the pup to go to work. To date the pup, now a year old, has not destroyed anything in the house.
Also crate training is really useful as they’re unlikely to have an accident in their crate but they will need regular toilet breaks when they’re really young
Agreed. There's no way I could have left my 12-week puppy for 2 hrs, much less an 8 hr day. Puppy, before 6 months should be eating/drinking water 3-4 times a day. I'm surprised by the expectations this video is setting.
What happens if you do all these things and then put them in their crate or pen but then they bark and bark and whine and don’t give up even though they need to sleep and you know they are tired
We put on a boring audio book (calming voice and not much action) and/or the radio. If we’re leaving we turn on a two way camera so we can see, hear, and talk to the dogs to check on them while we’re out. I hope this helps.
@@TrickDogWinthank you for this I’m bringing my new puppy home on the 23rd of Nov so refreshing my puppy training brain via these videos, have been worried about leaving her for a few hours on a Monday and Wednesday so definitely going to try this tip
How do you know she didn’t clean it off screen? Like it’s clearly blurred for our comfort, so she’s definitely not gonna pick it up on camera. Don’t jump to conclusion just because it isn’t filmed

I love this puppy!!!!❤ You guys are amazing, thank you for such simple and straight forward videos!

Rather be safe than sorry, you’re doing a good job :)

Love the video. I just got a puppy so I need to check all your videos. Thank you for the great tips ❤
Any advice on training a puppy with another 2yr old dog and 2 busy work schedules

Mine does the same. She holds it till we get back home and go on the pad
Take away the pad if you have not already

Wow! Smart pup!
Hello from Texas 🤠❤️

1. Sit, Stand and Treat
2. Tug of War and Release command with food bait.
If my puppy is kind of biting when I give the treats should I address first?
What kind of cheese do you have as treats? If you have a video about natural/homemade treats, I'm happy to know about it.
I would love to see some training videos for pupps that are not food motivated but rather toy motivated
Just use your toy instead of a treat, it’s that simple (:
I’m not sure holding the collar works for calming down with an English bull terrier puppy as if does compared to your poodle puppy there. 😅

@@marilyndiaz6600 Did you figure out what works when that happens? My pup does the same except she bites too
I need to know this too!
I noticed you touch the dogs sides during a lot of training. Is there a reason?
What about if you include water with their meal?
My pup doesn't poop confetti 😭
How long does a puppy need a house line for?
Until you don't need it anymore. Every pup is different. You'll know you don't need it when you don't use it to stop the puppy getting into trouble. Hope that makes sense.
Is it actually possible to have a full-time job and a puppy? Won't they have accidents and destructive behavior if left alone too long?
My son and his wife got a pug pup, and from day one they simply left the pup to go to work. To date the pup, now a year old, has not destroyed anything in the house.

put large peepad inside the crate. I recommend you buy fence for dog . so you can put water bowl + food + some peepads inside the crate
Should hire a dog walker or pet sitter to drop in with the puppy if there are no family members or kind neighbors to drop in.

👍😍👍

do not look at them
do not give eye contacts
It sounds harsh but ignore them and leave to work. Your fur baby will learn to self soothe. Trust, its hard but necessary.

How old, when you have a frenchie
Do you have someone telling you to hurry up when you are on the loo? Smh
interesting how nobody cleans the dodos of the puppy…
