But in short (in Eng):
There are a girl who is too heavy to stand on the ground and a boy who is too light to stand on the ground.
The girl's parents tied the balloons around the waist of the girl.
And boy's parents tied the Anchor around the waist of the boy.
These make them looks weird and make people kept them away from the girl and the boy.
And this make them sad.
One day they untied themselves loose from their waists.

this honestly reminds me of a girl with her head in the clouds, and a boy deep in thought. just something i thought of.
I feel like this may be a metaphor about social classes, a girl is born in a *higher* up society and boy was raised in a more run *down* area. This is changed when the girl is found not acting like what is their social norm and she begins to fall *down* from the clouds, as for the boy he simply acted with more manner than other people. The boy becomes successful and he is lifted higher in society whilst the girl fails to meet the expectation of her peers and sinks *lower*. They meet at some point, where they are at middle ground about to break boundaries and revolutionise their own world. How it ends, I don't know. Maybe they befriend each-other an stay on middle ground together. Perhaps the boy surpasses the girl who just keeps falling. They could meet and pass their abilities between one another.
This is just my interpretation, what's yours?
