    Addendum
    - The ventilation holes in the facial interface are indeed a feature mentioned on the box. Very neat. Razer support also re-confirmed this bonus functionality.
    - Forgot to mention: some benefits of using a mask are that it's easier to clean (wipe the sweat), share with friends and helps retain resale value.

A compelling review for a very promising looking product.
The only question I have is that this is released quite late in the Quest 2's lifecycle.
I would be a lot more interested if this strap is forward compatible with the upcoming quest 3.

very good point, I pray it's compatible with Quest 3!!!

Could not have found a more perfect review to watch while I wait for my razer headstrap to arrive! I literally have the exact same bulky white plastic headstrap you had on your quest at the beginning of the video! XD

Just got this in this morning. Definitely the most comfortable interface I've had with 100% light blocking. Love it so far

Definitely looks interesting. The combo is a little on the expensive side, but I still might give it a try when it's actually available.

Agreed, but the materials, functionality and comfort are solid while still retaining the small form factor. I like that it can be compressed into a small space unlike the rigid elite strap.

Bobovr m2 plus batteries, with bobovr f2 upgraded facial interface is wayyyy better and if I want to lay down, that's what the stock strap is for lol save money

This. Use the spare money for some decent controller grips and you're set

That's really cool, thanks for this video! I didn't even know that Razer released accessories for the Quest 2. A big plus for me is that there is no dial on the back.
Just wondering if I should pull the trigger or wait for the new Quest 3. I really wish the headstrap was compatible with the next Quest...

The original oculus CV1 had a very similar head strap. I find it odd that comfort is the last thing Meta thinks about for a device that is intended to be wearable?

Do not buy this head strap over the kiwi 3rd party. I’m not sure what this guys talking about but I got the head-strap in today and it can not at all support the weight of the quest wiggles all around. Way to expensive of a price point for such an unsturdy head strap.

Does the headset with both the Razer facial interface and the Razer headstrap fit inside the official carrying case?
Loved your review from a CPAP user.

Using Razor's $20 sign-up discount makes this seem only mildly overpriced. I'm in for the pair. Here's to hoping it's compatible with the Quest 3.

I haven't found anything more comfortable than the Kiwi Design facial interface + their battery strap. The faux leather in Kiwi Design products is extremely comfortable, easy to clean and holds up well.
