Interesting. With this hack it's not possible to make that happen but if you use Loopback or Voicemeeter you vane mute the audio so that you don't hear it but the Stream does.

Our count down has music with it, so you can add music to the video file, and will play together!

So the problem I'm having is when I running test it seems like shared videos pause or slow down every now and then so the audio is very unclear.

The real trick is, to add that video playlist before you go live so it doesn't come on screen. Pause and mute the video till you need it.
