So far whenever I used an audio mixer I mostly use an earphone which does not have a built in mic with 2 lines at the tip. Have you tried this one yet?
@@jenudsTRS has 2 lines (Tip | Ring | Sleeve) and carries a stereo signal. TRRS has 3 lines (one additional Ring) to carry an extra mono channel (used for the signal captured by the iPhone’s microphone). A TRRS to RCA cable should have three RCA connectors, not sure why yours seems to be different

Just letting you & your audience know that there‘s nothing video-specific about the third RCA connector on a TRRS-RCA adapter, it‘s just another audio channel. This channel can be used eg. for recording the microphone in a headset-with-microphone setup, or for a live interaction with a caller via the phone (which is a bit more tricky to set up on the mixer to avoid echo, look up the mix-minus method if you need it). Takeaway: in your setup, you could have used a TRS-2RCA (not TRRS) cable for connecting the phone as you‘re not using the 3rd channel.

The color is only to indicate where it should go, but it doesn't matter technically. It's the same signal no matter if it's white, red or yellow. Typically red is for right channel, white for left channel and yellow is for something else. But it will work no matter the color. 🙂
If you check amazon and search audio mixer. There are lots to choose from. I suggest, buy the one that has Bluetooth and usb as it’s more hi tech. So you will be able to connect the music using BT. Good luck

You will only need the red and white RCA to 3.5 TRS to connect from the mixer to your iPad.
@@jenuds hi ok thanks
@@jenuds hi.. i just doing what u suggest on the video.. but now problem is the sound quality on the live stream not stable.. i mean my voice and backing track not balance.. do you have any idea how can i solve this problem? My internet speed no problem at all.
Try to lower your mic and background music volume then do a test again.
The color is only to indicate where it should go, but it doesn't matter technically. It's the same signal no matter if it's white, red or yellow. Typically red is for right channel, white for left channel and yellow is for something else. But it will work no matter the color. 🙂
Awesome video! Could you point out a low-cost mixer option if I wanted to just play music from my iPad to my iPhone with no microphone? Thanks!
If you check amazon and search audio mixer. There are lots to choose from. I suggest, buy the one that has Bluetooth and usb as it’s more hi tech. So you will be able to connect the music using BT. Good luck
Nice tutorial mam. .
Thank you

Thank you ma'am !
My pleasure
This is nice and helpful....thank you!🙂👌👏 More power to your channel!
Thank you 🙏
is this can be use for a different kind of mixer like joson spider 8 channel mixer?
I don’t have that kind of mixer but I think it should work.
can we have a chat if that is ok with you as i am finding a way to use this on zoom to play backround as well as use the mics too
Try setting your mixer as input and out put in the audio setting
How do you connect a return from your phone, example if i use it on tiktok live?
As I showed in this video, you connect TRRS to RCA (red and white). From ReC Out port of the mixer connect the RCA Red and white and TRRS to your phone.
Wow . You really explained well. Thanks
