- Farfetch started in 2007 with a simple idea - go the world's best luxury boutiques and build a marketplace for them to sell online. It was such a great idea it IPO'd and grew to a $28B valuation only to collapse a few years later.
So what happened to cause the rise and fall of Farfetch? Well in this video I will try to dig in 🕵️.
This is a Good video. The principle conveyed is. Insightful Less is more. As an aspiring affiliate Marker for luxury stores what is the alternative option/s?
The problem with them ever coming back is they've sort of taught all the luxury brands that if they grow their own e-commerce profile and sell it while telling the individual story of the brand they're trying to sell that they will do better than selling it through a company that no longer focuses on the experience that luxury truly is was a great idea in theory but the concept went the wrong way and it failed

So true. I’m currently experiencing an issue with FF. The item I placed on FF website came from an island (Spain controlled), and they sent wrong item. FF refused return at first citing final sale non refundable. I had to use Paypal buyer protection and FF agreed to refund, but I have to pay return shipping cost. Can you imagine the shipping cost to an …. island?
Jeez. Thats insane! Hopefully there are no boutiques in Antarctica to do returns to
I’m considering purchasing a pair of Jordans on Farfetch. What do you recommend? Any chance you know of any promo codes? Please
