Watching you build makes me feel like there needs to be Sims classes on building. Even the smallest things I’m like “wut how she do that”. I honestly spend too much time creating Sims than I do in build mode, other than decorating.
Side note: as much as we are sitting here like “come back, Deli!” We know you gotta take care of you so the wait is well with it. :D

Just an FYI, the individual window on the second floor of the modern side, is lower than the other windows on that floor. Deli may have changed it, tho. Love ya Deli!❤️❤️

I really think this house needs a pool. a basement, the green spot under the balcony should have the yoga mat and meditation stool . some were in the house a painting/photo studio. oh and cats
Definitely love the realtime builds; the fact that it's broken up and we get to give feedback and comments between parts really feels like we're being included more, so if you're enjoying doing it I for one would LOVE to keep seeing them in this format!

I definitely enjoy watching you build in real time. Hearing your thought process is super interesting and more fun to watch than a sped up version. Speeding it up just makes it feel more rushed, too, as this is way more relaxing! :)
I enjoy both the real time builds and the speed builds. The discussion you have during both varies, and I enjoy variety.
You wouldn't need to put down floor tiles like in the Sims 3 for perfect terrain paint pathways anyway. All you need to do is slide the softness to the highest setting, select the size square brush you desire and make sure the dot in the middle and the square guidelines are in line with the grid. Give it one good click/spray, then move to the next part. Don't click and drag, you won't get a neat line like that (depending how long the path is and unless you have ultimate skills) XD.

I like to see builds in real time because it feels like we're just hanging out and chilling... and I also can learn better by see what you're clicking on and such. I know these aren't tutorials, but I kind of use them like it because I need all the help I can get lol

I think that the reasons the stones remind you of the Uk is because of the little fairytale cottages (or just cottages in general) normally have that style of pathways here. I wish there were buildings like this where I live! Here in the Uk we got the traditional, more traditional, even more traditional and then a splash of modern! ❤️❤️😂

I actually built this exact same house! Honestly yours looks so much better than mine because I built mine before I learned how to build well but its so interesting to see the different style choices and what we chose to add on to. Can't wait to see the floor plan and inside!

I like the slow builds better, it allows me to see more of what your doing and, see how you figure out your builds. I love building bit im not that good at it, so this helps me figure out how I can become better!

I have a thing for the diagonal timber on my balconies too. I think I got it from those white houses in Pleasantview, they all had those dark brown diagonal floorboards on the top decks and balconies.
I definitely like these builds more. For James's builds, unless I slow down the video, I can never watch them because they give me such a headache because of how fast it goes, so this is great!!!

That's nice Deli! My real Garden at home has 3 pink flamingos and two gnomes. All my flowers are to attract hummingbirds. It's full of flowers.

I would absolutely love to see an island living build with modern and traditional concepts. Maybe like a bit of a bigger/spacious build on the 50 x 50 lot and for an adult, not yet a full family. You know, like the life before starting a family lol

Personally I prefer the speed-builds, because you do it all in one video (house + interior). If it were up to me, I'd prefer it THIS way, but only if both, house build + interior is in it. °O° That would be perfect. But whatever you decide to do, I'll watch it because you are amazing.

Maybe cause I get to see the goods quicker and with speed builds we can see more builds since with a let's build it's the same one for weeks... !
