Thank you my friend , Most of my life I would’ve thought to sharpen tweezers would be silly but now I work in machining and constantly using them to pull out metal slivers from my hand and as one could imagine Metal on metal they don’t stay sharp long so your tutorial was very helpful thank you for taking the time out to do that God bless you
Thank you for the information on fixing tweezers that don’t grip anymore. I haven’t tried it yet but I definitely will. I can only imagine how many get thrown out, what a waste.
I have a 20 year old pair of tweezerman tweezers that are blunt or rounded at the tip. I've dropped them so many times and used sandpaper to fix them. Now the tips are too fat from Sanding them down. If that makes sense. I need to hone down the outer edges at the tip for more precision. Should I use sandpaper or a whetstone? And how do I keep the tip blunt or rounded? Thank you for you tutorial too.
Depends on how bad of shape they are in. If they are bad, start with a lower grit paper and then sand until they form two good planes, then move to higher grit and repeat. Maybe a couple of minutes?

Thank you I spent a lot of money on tweezers and they don’t work anymore so this is gonna be great. I’m gonna try to.

Worked like a charm 👍🏾
Great! Thanks!
How long do you have to sand for? I did it for about a minute and it did not help that much.
