I’m about to start mine (and have had twitching in my left glute). Thank you Nico for this practice. The tightness I’ve been feeling (also induced from work) has improved drastically from this practice. Will add it to my heavy rotation
My hamstrings have been fairly tight and I had been working on my spilts too frequently maybe. This was a nice switch up from the other routine I’d been trying. Makes me feel strong and noodly ☺️
Been trying to do splits since I was in high school. I love the pace of this video. Not too fast to where I can’t keep up and perfect descriptions on placement of the body parts. You can literally listen to this video and still follow along. I can’t wait to see my progress later down the line 💖 Thanks for sharing!
8 month update! I’m so close to the ground with my splits! My goal was to have them flat by the end of this year! I’ll be back in December with another update!
I’ve been running more but I’ve found split stretches are great for the legs and hips that get tight from running. Amazingly, I pulled my left hamstring last year trying to race a friend up a hill lol but having the block under that ham actually almost got me into a deeper split than the right side that isn’t injured! Who knew ?! Lol. Thank you again for your lovely flows and calming voice. I’m going to keep doing this one, my nephew thinks I’m too close to 50 to do a split, auntie is gonna show him I still got it lol
