Much appreciated how you explain the important aspects of the various postures and how you offer different options according to multiple levels of body flexibility. This couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve had a migraine all day, so I made room to rest instead of being more productive. The reverse entry into the lying twist really helped open my shoulders, scorpion encouraged a release in my back, and lying pigeon opened my tight hips. Thank you for your calming, healing vibes!

I work from home and sit 8 hours Monday-Friday and now i just feel so relaxed after do yoga with you! This is my second time following your yoga routine.
