      That's what I hear also. From my understanding, the Australian trap-door spider is one of the most, if not THE most, venomous spiders in the world. I will pass on that.

      We do it in Texas as well for spiders but more specifically for scorpions.

      i know! LOL! i have a similar breed and he does stuff like that:picks up random objects and takes them to his place to investigate. He can entertain himself for hours until the object is in shreds or pieces. i think i'd better go hide the toaster...

      @@High_Caliber I love Canada although that's the only place I've ever been mugged on the street. They were very polite about it. They only took the Canadian currency and left my US currency AND my US birth certificate (back when that's all I needed to get in and out of Canada prior to needing a passport) then politely returned my purse. LOL

      @@shauncobain6271 when I went on holidays to the top end, one of the waterholes we went to with a tour had a bunch of little crocs in it. Tour guide said they were fine to swim with, they were freshies & showed us the trap that was set up on the way in to attract the bigger salties in case they came by, so no, small ones doesn't necessarily mean bigger ones are in the same water, bigger ones are actually caught & moved, little ones no-one bothers with, cause they don't cause any dramas. I actually tried to get a photo of 3 of the little ones, but they swam away as soon as I entered the water near them :( (and when I say "little" they were probably close to my body length in their length from nose to tip of tail, so much bigger than the one in the video, but mouths were still too small to eat me, so they didn't want to be near me)

      I’m from the US, just moved from Texas to Illinois. Went from rattlesnakes to brown recluse spiders. I was shocked the amount of brown recluses we have up here in IL, didn’t see too many in Texas. But that’s nothing compared to what y’all have!!! Stay safe!

    The guy with the fox is such an asshole. First off: It’s a wild animal. If you put your hand out, you might get bitten, it’s how a lot of them investigate something. And second, that fox barely bit him if at all. If it wanted to hurt him, it easily could have. It was most likely just being inquisitive/curious (Like foxes usually are)

      Foxes aren't the ones you have to worry about. Moose have the strongest venom in the animal kingdom but their fangs aren't long enough to pierce human skin.

      @@LimitedCheetah that's actually just a myth. Moose only use their wings to attract a mate and then the female bites the males wings off after the egg sac is fertilized.

      @Lance Revell Wolf spiders & huntsman spiders aren't that bad. It's the Sydney funnelweb (especially the female) & the Red-back spiders that are the biggest danger :/

      @@hdmccart6735 our Carpet pythons aren't that bad. Our venomous snakes, that's a totally different story - I live on the outskirts of a major city, not far from bushland, and it's somewhat common to spot them in warmer months.

    That spider at 3:34 will give me nightmares. I'm not afraid of spiders here in the US, but Aussie spiders and most of your wildlife frightens me! You all hit the lottery for all the most dangerous animals in one place, but I think Australians are the best people to take them all in stride with a laid back attitude and easy smile.
