I can't believe that was all done with a long sleeved shirt! I literally would have died 😵 I always get so hot and overheated when doing my hair when it takes a long time...even if I'm not using heated utensils!

My hair has finally reached this length 😆 (almost 3 years natural) I just got it straighten & I was in shock. Drinking water, fruits, vegetables & keeping heat out of my hair for a while was the key for me. It can be done just takes some work 😊
