This is when we want to print our own created form. What will we do when we want to create pdf of someone’s else created form?

Same procedure can be followed.... If u need a filled in form, after filling the form go to options and select print option.

thank you for your reply actually my situation is something like this we created a google form for sports competition and we mentioned to upload some documents so they have done but know we want a single pdf of one person's details with their attachment is that possibly mean to say one athlete details with sports copy so we want a document which shows their answers along with an attached document which will be easy to preserve induvial athlete details is that possible and what is the way

That's not possible in Google form... Print form separately, attachment separately and then create a pdf by adding these two... No other go

Open preview, fill the form, select print, and save as pdf.
