    Well done! I watched for a reminder on how to make it. I like that you used cherry tomatoes and small mozzarella. Last time I used full tomatoes and it was too much. Great recipe, thank you for sharing!

    You need a chefs knife. 8inch to be exact. Spend good money on it. Around 70-120$ and have it professionally sharpened twice a year. I promise you’ll thank me
