Hey Stefanie, rockin' the velvet smoking jacket! Elegant and sophisticated as ever 😀 It's quite the unique property, love the vertical garden! The main living units are both lovely, and the mind boggles with the possibilities of the 3rd unit... Theatre, gig venue, recording studio? The list goes on and on there... Sadly, still waiting on the lottery win! 😆
Wow🎆 I personally prefer the more traditional…. But this one is an exception!!! this property is amazing!!! The property is a little too modern for my tastes but very cool property nonetheless. I do love the amount of natural light and the indoor pool is fantastic.
That was one of the details that one me over... having all that natural light is amazing and not to take for granted especially when talking of Italian historical centers! - Stefanie
How different, unconventional from the most of the properties you toured; but this modern home is still gorgeous. The only flaw of this video is that it's too short :)
The First thing that came to mind is, no kids are. no kids allowed.. The second thing that comes to mind is who's going to clean all that glass? Not it. Beautiful. Huge industrial style apartment, though.
It is a wonderful property! That is not an issue, it does not snow that much to become a problem, and if it does snow it is so light that it melts as soon as it touches the ground. The greenery near the master bedroom is fake, outdoor area close to the entertainment are can be closed off. - Stefanie
