Bellissimo. Really beautiful property and location, really like the stone facade. The interior is so well done specially the kitchen. But my favourite part of the property has to be the pool & terraced gardens, the view is just breath taking. Ciao.

Fantastic! This villa has it all accept one thing, good looking floors! what is it with Italians and crazy colours and patterns on your floors? This has ok colours but the pattern just ruins everything as it will mess up how you places furnitures or carpets and so on! And is it new or remodel/heavy renovate historic villa, when was built? So far the best Italian villa(except the floors)!

This villa has it all accept one thing, good looking floors! what is it with Italians and crazy colours and patterns on your floors? This has ok colours but the pattern just ruins everything as it will mess up how you places furnitures or carpets and so on!
And is it new or remodel/heavy renovate historic villa, when was built?
So far the best Italian villa(except the floors)!
Hello Fred... Such strong feelings twoards the flooring in Italian villas, I believe thoes are easy to restyle ;)... The villa was renovated not too many years ago, it is not a new construction. - Stefanie
I'm guessing the dislikes are from people who are upset that they can't afford the house? LOL Anyway, great job as usual, and also as usual, the poor house, as gorgeous as it is, is being upstaged by the one presenting it.
